State Farm recommended them and I couldn't have gone to a better firm. From the moment I went in until I picked up my beautifully repaired Town Car, they never let me down. I was called the same day that I brought the car in and they told me that Ford no longer carried the parts needed to fix my door and molding, but that if I permitted Collision Works to repair the damaged parts, I would not be disappointed. Why not, I said, after all they as well as State Farm guaranteed the work. They told me that it would take a week longer to do the job and I told them to go ahead. I just picked up the car today and I cannot see a blemish, dent, scratch nor a ripple. The paint was a great match. How did they do that?? I don't really care, my car looks brand new. They also cleaned the interior. Thanks Collision Works. USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE!
