I HAVE BEEN GOING TO FASHION OPTIQUE FOR THREE YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. IN FACT, THEY WERE THE ONES WHO INFORMED ME THAT I HAD BEEN OVER-PRESCRIBED ON A PAIR OF GLASSES THAT WERE GIVING ME HEADACHES FROM ANOTHER OPTICIAN ON CHAMBLEE-DUNWOODY ROAD. I WILL CONTINUE TO PATRONIZE THEM AS LONG AS I CONTINUE TO WORK DOWNTOWN.

Poor Customer Service

When walking in, and signing in, it all seems nice and ok. Wait time to see the doctor was mininal. In fact the doctor was very nice, and helpful, especially when answering questions. Picking out eyeglasses was just ok. Their selection is just ok. They told me it would take 10 days to get my eyeglasses back. WRONG! I have been waiting 3 WEEKS! And they still don't know when they will be in. I have called, and they told me they would check on the status. No return phone calls. They never return phone calls. In the mean time they gave me a trial pair of contacts, and told me they were only good for 2 weeks. They wouldn't write my contact prescription until I tried them, and told me come back when I picked up my glasses in 10 days. It's been 3 weeks. I called to try to a new pair of trial contacts. No return phone call. Service is terrible. Unfortuntely I have already paid for the glasses, so I will just have to wait it out. But I will not be going back.

Plus they have no parking, at all. Losy place!!

great customer service

I tried this place based on the recommendation of co-workers. I recieved very good treatment. The doctor was really nice and spent her time discussing the health of my eyes and options for glasses and contacts. The staff was also courteous and nice. They were very helpful in selecting my glasses and explaining my insurance to me. I have recommended this establishment to several people in my office who have also had similar pleasant experiences. I would highly recommnend that you give them a call and try it out! You will not be disappointed.

A sad story of incompetence, and lack of service...

They got my perscription wrong, they made promises that were not kept, there was no follow-up, there was no "extra service" to try an make amends for their mistake. The people are nice, but the service was terrible -- it's a shame, one tries to keep the business in the community, and this is what happens. I'll never go here again.
