The dryer duct cleaning was three times the agreed upon price. The dryer made very loud noises afterwards. Phones calls were not returned. After three calls, a followup appt was set. The driver no showed and claimed he was never given a number. I called back and was told that my call was ******
- Cons: Rude, abusive language on the phone, No show, broke dryer
These technicians are rude.

This carpet company (Atlanta Pro Cleaners / www.carpetcleaningofatlanta) is 1/2 the price (even after they double the price on you) of other major players such as Stanley Steamer and Sears Carpet cleaning, but I am not sure it is worth it.
When I originally set up the appointment, I asked if I could leave a check for them (I have to be at work while they are at my house). They said no. I had to pay when they are finished. The technician today told me to my face today its because they always charge more. He said he wouldn't even clean a house for only $70.
I was told by the office that I would pay by phone when they were finished. Well, instead, the technician sat in my driveway and waited for me to return from work. As soon as I was out of my car, he started saying that I cost him a day's work b/c he had been waiting on me to pay, and that usually they call the police on customers that take a long time to return from work, or they take something valuable from the house and you only get it back when you pay.
I am going to look carefully around my house this week to see if anything is missing.
All this company cares about is getting your money. This morning I called and asked for them to get the technician out of my house and to cancel because the price had doubled and the technician was being so rude, and they threw in a bunch of free stuff to get me to agree on the work.
Then, after I paid, I tried talking to the manager about how the technician had gotten even ruder, and he pretty much just hung up on me. So, before I paid, they stayed on the phone with me to work out a deal, after I paid, they had no interest at all.
It was a really horrible experience.
- Cons: the price doubled, the technician threatened me
Dont be fooled - Mr.Clean is also known as Atlanta Pro Carpet and Air Duct Cleaners.

This review is for the carpet cleaners who came to our house with the name of 'Atlanta Pro Carpet and Air Duct Cleaners'. They are crooks. They are only interested in getting the money from customers. The job they do on the carpets is not good at all. The stains dont disappear and the worse part is that they can make stains appear on your carpet after they clean it. They will categorically deny that they had anything to do with it and also lie blatantly that the stains were there before they cleaned the carpet. They talk to you as though they are not responsible for any damage that they have caused to your carpet. So please stay away from them.
Their phone numbers are : (678) 373-0323 and 7704558871
Dont be fooled.
- Pros: Beware of these people.
- Cons: Most unreliable
They will ruin your carpet
by customer_review
Most of the reviews in the website showing 5 star ratings with 'highly recommended' feedback seems to be entered by the company's own personnel and not any customers who have had service from them. Not many customers would be happy with their service. After these people clean your carpet, is when you realise what a mistake you have committed by calling them to your home to get a job done. It is not worth taking a risk. You will end up paying more to get your carpet fixed after these people clean your carpet.
- Pros: No pros at all
- Cons: They will ruin your carpet

THEY ARE CROOKS!

They came out to clean my air duct a week ago, and I wasn't home when the cleaner came. My mother let the guy in, he tried to get her to pay for an expensive service that wasn't needed, he was rude, and when he finished, he left. I came home an hour later, and the job was NOT done properly. He only cleaned the vents, and left the ducts dirty For the next month, I tried to get them to come back out and guarantee their work, but they gave me the run around - always telling me that someone was coming out (even giving me times and dates) or that someone would call me back, NONE of which ever happend. The last straw was after the manager assured me that one of his guys would come out this past Wednesday between 9 and 10. No one showed, and when I called to get my money refunded, they told me that they'd only refund $15! I am taking them to small claims court, and I've reported them to the the appropriate bureau. Stay away!
Very Pleased

We were very pleased with the work Mike did, cleaning our duct work and furnace. He worked very hard and cleaned everything in great detail! He went above and beyond what was expected. We would highly recommend Mr Clean for any duct work and/or furnace cleaning that needs to be done!

I never realized how dirty my rug was until Ron came to clean it. The difference was unbelievable. Now my rug looks like new again. The service was amazing; they know exactly what kind
of care my rug needed."
