Terrible customer service

I have been to the Forum recently and it has really gone down hill. The customer service is terrible. The girls at the front desk are rude and do not know anything about the services. Erin was the managers name and she was the ruddest. Natural Body Day Spa gets my vote. Spa Sydell: It is time to call it quits. There are too many nicer spas.
Pros: Wonderful massage
Cons: Customer Service, The place you call to make your appt., Dirty bathrooms, Management
