Bikram Yoga Marietta is the best Hot Yoga and Yoga class in general I have ever attended.The owner, Naomi, is very nice and personable and makes you feel very welcomed and at home when you come in the door. I went to Hot Yoga after not attending for several years.After the first night,I felt like a new person. The heat in the room really makes you sweat out all the toxins in your body so you feel totally relaxed when you leave. The postures are also great for stretching and toning. I have several back , neck and stomach problems and I can already feel them going away after only 2 nights of being back in yoga. Several people have told me stories of how they have lost weight and also been healed from various health problems. This is the perfect exercise for everyone:From someone who has never exercised , to the person who has always worked out, to the experienced athlete.It is also great for people with sports injuries. I highly recommend Bikram Yoga as a way to detox,lose weight, strengthen and tone your muscles , and to experience inner peace. And I recommend this place for anyone who feels nervous about going to yoga for the first time-you will feel very comfortable and welcomed here!
