They do not treat their employees well which affects their customer service. If your employees do not have good morale your customer service will be greatly affected. The pay checks are never availabe on time. Employees are paid every two weeks on Fridays. At times the checks are not available until the following Wednesday. Employees are left in the dark and are not given an explanation to why the checks are late. Also, the checks bounce or are not able to be cashed or deposited at the bank. The banks just wont take the checks and the owner has no explanation to why. A person knows why the bank will not accept your check. Employees are also shorted hours on their paycheck. They do not use a time sheet or card so it is your word against theirs. This is dire and appalling company. I will never use this company until they learn to treat their employees with dignity and respect!!!
