I have been to this spa on several occasions and am sorry to say the most recent visit will be the very last. We were offered tea, and then thought perhaps they forgot us, as it took a good 30 minutes to get it-then had to wait another half an hour while people that arrived after us were served, and no one said anything about running behind or the time lag at all. I have to agree with previous post-the couples treatment was not great and they didn't offer the steam and shower. When I asked to use the steam, they let us, but it had a drainage problem and was a bit gross. The dressing room is way too small for more than one person at a time. The shower did not drain and there were blotches of mold. I don't care if it is free-I won't return.
Cons: AVERAGE>DIRTY! SLOW!
