This spa was not only amazing customer service, everyone that worked there really knew what they were talking about. Even the front desk workers. I asked Jennifer about some of the products and she nailed each description down and made me really interested. They immediatley asked me for hot tea or water and made me feel at home. With a nice water fall in the front and relaxing music. The massage I got was a deep tissue and it was one of the best I had recieved. The rooms are big and VERY relaxing, along with the service. I have been to other spas (mostly corporate ones) that were not welcoming and the rooms were so hard to even turn sideways in. Amanda gave my massage to me and she gave me a DEEP tissue and it still was super relaxing. I have also gotten manicure and pedicures here and Lauren really knew what she was doing, my toes and nails looked healthier than ever, and the polish stayed on for weeks!!! My facials from Andrea and Bethany were amazing, my skin felt healthy and hydrated afterwards. This spa is number one and I would never think to go anywhere else!

Pros: THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY!

Idon't understand the negative reviews on this site. I have been going to Mind & Body for about 3 years. I have had facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages. I have experienced only the most professional treatment and services. My first visit was a package (half day spa treatment), a gift from my husband. I felt like a queen after that visit. I have returned many times since and have always thoroughly enjoyed my visits. My most recent visit was today for a massage with reflexology (given by Karen). I have had many massages at most of the area spas and in spas in other states. None compare to the wonderful massage that Karen gives. When I leave, I feel totally relaxed and calm. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Try it once and you will see what I mean. All my friends and family know what to get me for my birthday, Christmas, or any other special occasion. This is my favorite indulgence ever!

Pros: Best massage therapist in Atlanta area (Karen)

Cons: None at all

I had an incredible pedicure very relaxing. To have the experience I had which was truly awesome you must ask for ( Lauren - nail technician) She was gentle on the toes, if you know what I mean very detailed. The salon is very nice as well quite and tranquil. I will be going back, it's my place to go now. Girls if your looking for a new place to be pampered like I was, give Lauren a try. I give Mind and Body two thumbs up! I come to the spa to have a Manicure and Pedicure on a regular basis. The staff is excellent and well trained...and over all just very pleasant to be around :) On a typical Visit here's what you will experience: You walk in the Door to find total relaxation. From the Music being played and the great little seats in the Lobby they are too cute and the awesome Mirrored waterfall. The Staff Greats you then Here is the Cool part they right away ask "Would you like a cup of Tea or Water?" The Little Cups of Hot Tea, come in some great flavors. (You won't Get that at a normal Korean nail salon) You are taken into the Mani/Pedi room where the Techs there are amazing at what they do. You get to chose from a varitey of oils for your water (my favorite Tea Tree Oil) Every thing they do during your Pedicure you would expect to Pay tons for at other places where at Mind and Body this is all included. Also cost wise it's right up there with a normal strip mall hole in the wall. You're not going to find a lot of off the wall colors to pick from more of the traditional, but they do a great job with making sure the whole nail is covered and is flawless. Another total bonus..The heated up neck Wrap. All in all it's a Great time and I recommend to everyone! Oh one more other thing that I must say... and yes this might seem kind of touchy, But It's really nice to go some where and the Nail Techs. Speak English! You're not sitting there wondering if they are talking about you. Come on Ladies you know you wonder what the heck they are saying. So go treat yourself to something Great in Alpharetta, you won't be disappointed.

Cons: Time always seems to Fly when you're having a great time..

I have no idea what these people are talking about. I have gone to Mind and Body Day Spa for 2 years now. My new favorite is Andrea. She does an amazing facial and she really knows her stuff. Any questions I have about products or skin problems she always has a solution.Amanda really rocks at massages. Dont let her size fool you. She is awesome. The staff is so kind and accomodating to my picky needs. Right when I walk in I am always offered water or tea and treated like I am coming for the first time. Stephanie and Shelby are really wonderful and they both are super sweet to me. These days it is really hard to find good costumer service and I really feel like Mind and Body steps up to the plate. Just check it out for yourself. You wont be dissapointed!!!!!!

From first arriving at the spa until leaving, the service at Mind & Body was 5 stars! I had a group of 6 women and we all had a wonderful time. I was especially pleased with the staff. Each employee took the extra time to get to know us a little bit and make sure that we had everything we needed. Scheduling the party should have been a nightmare but thanks to the Spa Director was a breeze. I highly recommend this spa if you are going alone or have a large group!!! Excellent Service!!!!!!!

I have been to several spas in greater Atlanta and Manhattan but am proud to be a regular at Mind and Body Day Spa in Alpharetta. The spa is clean and contemporary with an asian flavor in hues of blue and purple. The staff is always professional and friendly. I have purchased several of their Eminence products and enjoyed them as well. I have had massages there but come back regularly to see Bethany to get the Hydrofacial with macroderm abrasion. Her work is top notch and I leave not only with brighter, healthier skin but calm and relaxed as well. Highly Recommend!

I have been to this spa for several different services since they first opened and I have never been disappointed and usually pretty impressed. Most recently I have been going to Craig for reflexology and WOW! I feel like a million bucks everytime. This is not the closest spa to me, but definitely worth the drive. I have been to a couple "chain" and "franchise" spas that are closer in distance, and have always been disappointed for one reason or another.

Mindand Body on Windward Parkway is a relaxing sanctuary. From the moment you walk in, you forget that you are near a busy street. It is one of the most peaceful spas that I have ever been in. The receptionist quickly checked me in and offered me tea or water. Next, I had a facial called the "Hydrafacial". My skin felt incredible when I left. I would highly recommend this spa. They pamper you the minute you arrive.

Pros: Calm atmosphere

Cons: Quickly books up
