I have been going to Empire for 3 months now & it is very good place. The lady who does my hair is excellent. The atmosphere can get a little busy & seem disruptive but it works out once everyone has been registered to get there hair done.

My Hair was ROYALY Messed Up

I went there to get my hair done thinking it would be ok since I had been to other beauty schools for a highlight and cut before and the work was excellent. I went in with light brown hair and asked for blonde highlights. I left with bleach blonde hair with a few random strands of my natural hair, spots all over, and orange lines as well. The staff was not friendly at all and the teachers didn't supervise or seem to have a clue as to what they were doing either. It was a waste of 5 hours of my time and a waste of 80 bucks of my money. If you don't want your hair damaged and really messed up go somewhere else. I recommend Aveda Hair Institute in Buckhead off of Piedmont Road near Lenox. They are great, cheaper and the quality of skills, products and service is 10 fold of what you will get here.
