Inconsistent Service

I've had some good service with this company, but one of the drivers couldn't find our destination & wanted to drop us off on a random corner in downtown ATL (2 women). Recently I called to see if they had a vehicle to transport 9 people. No problem, they said. In the end, the vehicle seated 7 and it turns out that is the max passenger carriage they have in their fleet. I called someone in management after the fact & he was very apologetic but said he had no way to reimburse us monetarily. When I mentioned that I would share this information with others, he immediately became irrate, called me a blackmailer & hung up on me. I would not recommend this service.

• Pros: Drivers are contracted & always friendly
• Cons: Dispatchers not always honest
