Watch your financials!

i wouldn't call them crooks, but watch your financial reports closely and monitor their variances. bills don't get paid on time, meaning when you pay them, your reserves take it in the end - if you still have reserves! extraordinarly sloppy in how they handle your books and in everything else they do. Hugely not recommended.

most of the propertis they manage are still under developer control, which means that they're held hostage by 5th street. I've heard that more than one wants to leave, but can't because they have no control over the association.

Extremenly bad.

just awful.

my building used to have them. they were just awful, and ive heard there were problems with the books, paying bills on time, etc. i would not recommend them.

Not so good.

I lived in a residential building they managed, and they never could get my billing right. I didn't get bills, and then the amouts owed kept changing.

Not to mention that the physical condition of the building went to heck. And the property manager was completely ineffectual.

It's my impression that they're a commercial management company, and they're probably good at that. But for residental management, they were just awful, and I was happy when I moved, There are probably much better companies out there for condo management.
