Sent information for a monthly direct deposit and they never complied. They did at least send us our checks. Now, for the past two years or so, we have to call on a regular basis to get checks sent to us. They try to blame it on the Post Office, which is ridiculous. They have to be called EVERY MONTH and TOLD to send us our check. I suspect they do this to keep making interest off of our money. They're also pretty bad about sending us notifications when someone donates. Whenever I call, I always get the same person, leading me to believe that it's just one guy doing it out of his apartment. Not recommended at all.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Everything. Don't even do the most basic tasks they're expected to do.

They didn't pay us our money for almost 1 full year. After several months of paperwork and phone calls we finally got a check in the mail. They still owe us money from 2006 that they say will cost us hundreds of dollars to investigate. Do not use them.
