Great Surgeon

Dr. Camasta performed a very radical(bunion, flexor plate tear, hammertoe) surgery on my foot the last week of October, the following June I ran 100 miles from Squaw Valley to Auburn Ca. through the Sierra Mts. I'd highly recommend Dr. Craig Camasta for any situation requiring foot surgery, especially if your an athelete...

I am 12 Y.O and I had a very servere procedure done on my right foot/big toe and he was so kind and wonderful! All Ican say is out of 5 stars I give him a 10!

Dr Camasta is a special and talented guy. He performed tendon transfer surgey on my left foot/ankle in June, 2006. I couldn't walk without a brace (AFO) before the surgery and now I'm walking all over the place without it. The quality of care is exceptional. Dr. Camasta is a master at his craft and a pioneer in his field. I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone who needs help with their feet. I am a complicated situation and he listened carefully from the very first time I met him. He returned my ability to walk, therefore, my independence.

Excellent doctor

I have suffered from foot pain for 13 years. I have been to many podiatrists over time, and Dr. Camasta (and my cousin, John, who is also a podiatrist) knew what was wrong with my feet. He and John performed three operations on my feet. The surgeries have made all the difference in the world. I have more motion in my feet, I can walk better and for longer distances and I have a lot less pain. He has also taken time to look at my mother's feet, and she is not even one of his patients. Doctor Camasta is very compassionate and understanding. He takes time to listen to what you have to say and he answers any questions you have. I highly recommend him! Even though I live in South Georgia, it is definitely worth the drive to Douglasville.

Compassionate, Highly Qualified Professional

I would highly recommend Dr. Craig Camasta. I had consulted four doctors over a nine-year period but could never find a professional I trusted to perform the surgery. Dr. Camasta is unique in that he is truly a compassionate podiatrist. He took the time to explain precisely what was wrong, what procedures were to be performed to correct the problem and alleviate the pain I was experiencing. He never failed to answer any questions I had, from the complex to the mundane. A total of three surgeries were performed over a four-year period. Cheilectomies and osteotomies of both feet to address a condition called "Hallux Limitus", in addition to sesamoid planing of the right foot.
