Best selection and friendly staff at a bookstore at a huge mall this side of Atlanta...

by phoenix27 at Citysearch

I always visit this store because the selections and sales are great!! The coffee shop in the front really makes for a respite from the hubbub of the Stonecrest Mall. The staff was swamped with people, and did a good job getting everyone checked out on Saturday, though it is a holiday shopping season. There were over 20 people in line at one point, and your staff still stayed friendly! I even signed up for a Borders rewards card since I like it so much here.

HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AT BORDERS!!!

  • Pros: GREAT LOCATION
  • Cons: NOT MUCH NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
