Best Hot Yoga
by ocdabrave1 at Citysearch
As far as hot yoga goes, the class is really great, it's a variation of Bikram - and way better than Bikram. I think that most BIkram instructors are nazis and only know how to runoff at the mouth, yet lack in actual teaching skills. The Atlanta Hot Yoga Instructors seem to really want to help you, not yell at you. If you're going to do HOt yoga, do it here - seriously, don't waste your time on Bikram unless you want back problems or knee problems. I use to take Bikram and it took me a while to get use to this variation, but once I did - I couldn't believe all the nonsense that those Bikram instructors were force feeding me, I feel liberated... Bikram Yoga should be called Bikram Exercise, not yoga - AHY has real instruction.
- Pros: Teachers actually teach
- Cons: Overcrowded
Superb!!

I am so pleased with Atlanta Hot Yoga. Their schedule is flexible and they offer a wide variety of classes - hot yoga, power, pilates, stretch, vinyasa. And the prices are just right. The instructors are knowledgeable regardless of your level. I love that they treat you with grace, respect and dignity even when they are challenging you!
- Pros: Great studio, wonderful instructors, great price
- Cons: Parking spaces are too small
Best hot yoga!

I started with Atlanta Hot Yoga around 2-3 weeks with the 10 consecutive days for $30 plan and I truly love it! I cannot stop attending classes. The instructors are so approachable and helpful! Dont be afraid to ask them with help about injuries, flat feet, etc. They really do give you great tips to do while in their yoga class and I have improved so much because of their encouragement! During classes, all instructors make sure you are doing the pose correctly and stretching your body deeply. In addition to, the classes arent overly crowded, the studio is very clean, and the fees are extremely reasonable!
- Pros: Bethany!, friendly instructors, reasonable fees
Hot yoga and vinyasa flow yoga classes will stretch the body's limits.

In Short
"Get ready to sweat" is the studio's mantra. Hot yoga is the signature class and the 105-degree heated room creates a challenging environment for the high cardio series. Vinyasa flow classes are less intense and focus on precise bends and postures. Pilates, one-on-one instruction and massage therapy is also available.

Pilates

I thought the Hot Yoga was beneficial and then I tried their Pilates class. The benefits of the class are huge. They have added some of these pilates classes during lunch and have them at prime time after work. The different studios have different start times which give me flexibility. One of the best decisions I have ever mades was to go into this studio 1 and 1/2 year ago. Several instructors are also Neuromuscular Therapist and are very familiar with the body and this is helpful.
- Pros: Inexpansive, Friendly

The instructors are so approachable and real when explaining what you are doing. The studio is clean and relaxing. Fees are very reasonable with discounts given to monthly memberships.
