I have seen Ray for about 4 years. As one who enjoys a thorough deep tissue massage, I recommend him highly. He has a terrific intuitive touch and instantly knows if I'm having issues in any one area. His studio is exceptionally clean and quiet. Ray is soft spoken, easy going, and gentle. You certainly will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Ray Blount at First Hand Expierence for over three years or more. He does a very through massage. His rates are reasonable, and he always offer discounts for certain groups. I highly recommend him.

... and the Massage was AWESOME, too It was finials time and the crunch was on. I was under SO much stress and I just wasn't absorbing any more information. When I looked at the website and saw that First Hand Experience offered discounts to students, I thought I'd give it a try. Boy, am I gald I did. After an excellent massage and a good night's rest, my mind was clear and I was able to retain the class notes as I reviewed them. I scored higher on my finals than I expected and felt great for days! Thanks!

Years ago I learned the value of massage to bring my high stress work back into balance and control. I travel extensively and that adds additional stress. So, then the search became "who" would help. First Hand Experience is wonderful and beyond compare. Their business brought my body back into my life. NO ONE else gets my massage dollar anymore. I have found the (warm and inviting) massage therapy for life.
Pros: Too many to mention - flexible to my time schedule is the one I most appreciate.
Cons: None come to mind - the place has NEVER been too cold or too hot (and I would have noticed)

I felt like my health needs were really taken into account. The massage therapist got to know me and talked me through the areas where I needed the most attention. Unlike other places where I felt as if I was being sent through an asembly line. I'm a teacher and build up alot of stress in my sholders. At First Hand Experience I was also given suggestions of how I could make the relaxing affects of my massage last longer and helpful hints on stress reduction. I have told all my friends about the wonderful experiences I had at First Hand Experience and would recommend them to anyone I cared about.
Pros: Convenient location, clean and comfortable.

Calm, confident pressure during sessions. Slow methodical work. Work is very effective. I was extremely pleased.
Pros: Ample parking, quiet well-lit professional studio
Cons: The room was a little chilly
