My wife and I have been to Levi's dozens of times. I can't remember an occasion when the owner wasn't visible and didn't drop by our table at least once to check on how we were enjoying the experience. The fish is ALWAYS fresh, never frozen, and there aren't many places with as perfect a selection. There are always around six choices of fresh seafood, prepared in your choice of ways, from fried to grilled, to broiled or blackened. We think it's exciting that the fish menu changes nightly, so there's always a new selection to try. And the side orders--such as the excellent black beans & rice with sour cream and tomato/pepper/onion relish--are also of high caliber. As for the atmosphere, it's fun and funky, a real touch of Key West, FL. There's also a neat outside patio on a Decatur side street.
