Beaux's REAL Home
by BeauxMom at Citysearch
Beaux has been a client at Park N Bark for...well, I can't remember how long but for at least 4 years (he's 6 now). Sherri, Jan and the gang are the best and I wish going to the airport every Monday morning was as exciting for me as it is for Beaux. I am treated so well but that's only the beginning...it's the fact that they "understand" my dog and his identity crisis (lab who thinks he's a rottweiler) and make every accommodation for him. The hours and special arrangements they make allow me my crazy flight schedule and allow me to own a pet even if Beaux believes he belongs to them and I just borrow him on weekends! If you want to see pure, unadulterated joy just swing by one Monday morning around 7:00 a.m. and you'll see my Beaux insane with excitement to be there!
- Pros: Hours, Location, & Service is top notch
- Cons: My dog likes them better than me :(
My Yogi loves Park N Bark

I can call and make an appointment for a dogie bath anytime. They know my pet by name. He is always happy to go and he spends many weekends at this facility. They are MOST accommodating for me and allow a large kennel and plenty of attention while I am gone on long trips. I tell all my friends about Park N Bark and highly recommend it to any one who is leaving their pet for any length of time. It is clean and the people are compassionate and professional.
- Pros: He gets plenty of outside time. They walk him regularly.
Home away from home

We have been taking our dog there for a couple of years. The staff has been friendly and accomodating. My dog is elderly and they have no problem giving him the medicine he needs (at no extra cost) and they don't mind mixing extra food that I bring to go with his regular food. My dog has no problem going with the staff and he seems happy staying there. I feel he gets loving treatment while he is there.
- Pros: Friendly staff, Hours, Parking discount
when it counts

I was disappointed to read the two bad reviews on Airport Park n Bark Pet Resort (PNB). I have been using there service for about four years now and have had nothing less than great service and that is saying a lot considering my dogs. On one occasion one of my dogs had an allergic reaction to a vaccine that he received the day before I boarded him. Not only did PNB staff call me to let me know that something was wrong they rush him to my Vet’s office that was thirty five miles away. They sat with my dog while the Vet looked him over and when my veterinarian recommended that he be taken to Ga. Veterinarian Specialist (GVS) twenty two miles away they offered take him there as well. If it was not for the fast reaction of the staff and management of PNB, the veterinarians at GVS said that my little furry family member would have been dead within 12 hours. I will always grateful for the care they have given my dogs. What matters? My dogs start making circles in the car when I pull into the parking lot of PNB that is what let me know that they are happy to be there.

- Pros: Truely cares for the animals
- Cons: only one location
AWFUL! BAD,BAD, PEOPLE!

I got a call at 10:00 am that my dog had been in a "scuffle" and that he was "scratched". I asked if he needed veterinary attention, and they said no, they just wanted me to know. Okay, fine. But when I got there that evening at 9:30 to pick him up, his front legs were covered in bl00d, his ear was matted with bl00d, and he couldn't walk. The attendant told me that "he wasn't like that when I put him in his cage!" When, at 10:00 that morning? I had to take him to an emergency clinic where he got 4 staples in the puncture wounds in his leg. I will NEVER take my dog there again.
- Pros: Maybe the hours
- Cons: They made my injured dog sit in his cage all day
Comfort of Leaving your pet

I felt very comfortable with leaving my pet with the staff. There seemed ver knowledgeable and he was wagging his tail when I picked him up.
- Pros: Comfort of leaving my pet in good hands
- Cons: location on back street
Scared me away from ever kenneling again.

I was drawn into this place by its fancy packages talking about how they will cuddle with my dog and have play time and all the other inticing things that make you feel like your dog will be so happy. Well, when I dropped my dog off they gave me a tour, showing me the play area ( a gravely small area that didn't look like very much fun to me) and his cage. They never showed me a chair or anything like that where his cuddling time would be going on, so I'm not too sure I believe that happened. Then I told them I didn't want them to give him a bath before I picked him up because I only like groomers or myself to give him a bath since his hair gets matts if he isn't brushed out right after his baths, and they gave him a bath telling me they needed to because he was so filthy and smelled. The only way he would have smelled is if they were not cleaning out his cage, which is probably why he was fithy too. It wasn't hot outside, I don't feed him wet dog food...nothing. So to top off the whole experience, I gave him a bath myself a few days later and found fleas all over him! I only had 1 dog, he was never around other dogs, and he never had them before I took him there because I check him about once a week. So anyway, now I am in a dilemma because I have to board him again, and I was so mortified by that one experience I don't know if I trust anyone else.
- Pros: I guess they were friendly...but seemed kind of unorganized.
- Cons: lots
Just the best service
by mbeja at Citysearch
I have been traveling quite often the last year and I was not comfortable with the options I had available to leave my dog. This kennel was the perfect solution. They do not overcharged, you can pick up you dog at anytime and they are loving and caring with my doggie. The fact that they are so close to the airport is a super plus!! I will keep taking my dog there.
- Pros: Excellent service, nice prices, good dog treatment
- Cons: I cannot think in any now
