I was served and treated with the utmost of Southern Hospitality. Absolute fun and fairly inexpensive for the food, brevages and great service I recieved. Continued success, job well done.

I know atmosphere matters when you go out, but the review should incude details about services rendered. I don't care about those around me, the wannabes, the too cools, all I know is that service and food were excellent for a party of five on a busy Friday. Seated within 5 minutes, food on the table less than 10 minutes after that. My fillet, perfect and finished my girlfriend's crabcakes and dessert. Less than 80 dollars for our meal. Service was excellent and eye candy even better. Returned for a fabulous Sunday brunch that was better than the buffet at the Belligiao in Vegas. Thnak's EA.
Pros: Challenged bartender to "stump the bartender", we lost.
Cons: Challenged bartender to "stump the bartender", we lost.

East Andrews is a good place to mingle. It is mostly a college aged group, maybe a little too "cliquey", but other than that there is plenty of space to roam around (two floors) and a good place to go to have a good time. I dont necessarily like the stuffy crowd, but I do like the place, and I do go on occassion.
Pros: Big crowd, nice place
Cons: Stuffy atmosphere, yuppies

Lots of pros and cons for this bar. If you plan on going, go with a big group. If not, you will notice how everybody clings to their own. I guess you can say this is a snobby bar. This is not the type of bar you would go to meet lots of new atl people. BUT, this bar is very trendy and you can find different things happening in all the different rooms that it provides. The courtyard which feels like youre in Miami, downstairs band is usually very good, the porch, the lounge area which is non smoking, and also an upstairs. The upstairs includes a band every weekend as well as a cover charge. I have been disappointed the past several times due to their crappy selection on bands up there. Last saturday was a country cover band that I paid $10 to see. :-/ What?? REFUND PLEASE! You got about a 50/50 chance on enjoying this bar... Remember that.
Pros: lots of excitement in every different room, bartenders are always very nice
Cons: bar for the snobby people of ATL

a good place to get drinks and mingle. it's a lot of fun in warm weather to chat in to courtyard. it's difficult when someone is playing right near the bar. there are always a ton of people to meet though sometimes the are snobby.
Pros: always crowded
Cons: a lot of stuffy shirts hang out here

This is one of my favorite bars in Atlanta--it's definitely classier than many of its Buckhead counterparts. I love it on Saturday nights, although it does get pretty crowded. However, in addition to inside bar/seating areas, and an entire upstairs, there is a large courtyard where you can order drinks and mingle under the stars...literally. The open sky and the general design of the space is really beautiful. The crowd is a sophisticated set of mid-20 to early 30-year-olds. I'd definitely recommend it as a low key alternative to Buckhead clubs or rowdy bars. My friends and I went last weekend and had a fantastic time!

The crowd is very young. It is 21 - 27, but the food is very good.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: under 30

But it's okay since I guess that's the reason there's always attractive girls at EA Thursday through Saturday. I become a regular here and every time I check out a different bar in Atlanta, I keep coming back to East Andrew's. Girls, do me a favor and don't bring your boyfriends with you when you come. Guys, if you bring girls here for a date, shame on you. Not only are you bring sand to the beach, but your girlfriend is like chum in a shark pool.
Pros: Crowded, Good Service, Attractive Ladies
Cons: Too Many Guys
