I am an out-of-Georgia-state resident who did a stupid thing that caused me to use AA Prof. Bail Bonds. The only thing I did stupider was to USE AA Prof. Bail Bonds. I pput the entire bail amount on my credit card and AA posted it with the court. The court will then bay AA when the case is settled and thus AA will pay me back (minus their fee of course). Three months after the settlement I am still waiting for AA to pay me. #1, AA requires my copy of the original receipt. Sorry, but 7 months after my arrest, I do not have that I told the owner. I have every other piece of paper, including other documentation with their name on it, but not the orignal receipt. The owner has my entire file, including his copy of the receipt. After much fighting with the owner a check was cut for me. HOWEVER, I can only pick up the check on Wednesday's between 9 & 5! How I am supposed to get there when I live over 500 miles away and no longer have a drivers license? Nine months later I am still trying to figure this out and now the owner will not even return my calls. Guess I need to hire a Lawyer and pay even more money to get MY money back. Shop around more before using AA Prof. Bail Bonds and stay away at all costs.

Pros: Local to Lawrencville

Cons: Bad comunication. Owner not available to discuss problems (& there are a lot)

I was blown away by the disrespect I received just from asking a simple question. I recently needed to get a bond for someone and have never had to do this before. I called different bail bond places in Lawrenceville to see what everyone was charging. When I called A A Professional Bonding, I was asked to give my name and I did (the gentleman on the phone got it wrong, by the way) and then was asked my address. Like I said, this was my first time doing with this sort of thing, so it took me by surprise. I casually asked why my address was needed. I was not rude in any way. The gentleman then starts on some tirade about how I should not mess around and waste his time. I don't know what brought this on. I was just curious about why my address was needed and all he needed to do was answer politely. Instead, I get this guy telling me off for no reason whatsoever. Needless to say, I did not use their services. Sorry if my question was offensive for some strange reason, but it was a harmless question and did not in any way warrant the response I got. I do not recommend this particular bond service.

Pros: none

Cons: unprofessional staff
