Wonderful salon. Everyone was friendly and profesional. The staff were eager to please and very pleasant. I plan to make this salon park of my regular pampering routine.

I visited this salon after reading all the reviews about the salon online. To be honest, I was skeptical at all the positive reviews. But after treating myself here, it WOW-ed me. I was treated with very friendly attitudes that felt like they were GENUINELY glad to service me. The decor is very upscale and professional - not your typical spa decorations. It's a breath of fresh air.

Don't take my word for it. Come and experience it for yourself, unless you're one of the people whom I have purchased over $300 in gift certificates for Christmas. Then you have no choice. *laughs* I intend to refer as many people as I can because it's the only way to force other nail salons to start to provide something more than just average nail services.

• Pros: Excellent "mom-and-pop" service!
• Cons: Not very visible from the streets. That's good for me so I don't have to book an appointment. :)

My Home Away From Home

I just had a manicure and pedicure done here the night before Thanksgiving and I am floored by the exceptional service I received. This salon's atmosphere and service rival any 5-star spa from New York that I frequent. Everyone from the manager down to the technician took time to talk and service me (AND MY DAUGHTER) as if they had all the time in world. Mind you that this is the day before Thanksgiving and the salon is full. With this kind of service, I am willing to pay 3x the price that they're charging.

When I am in Atlanta, this is my salon of choice.

• Pros: Unexpected 5-star service.
• Cons: Small space, but understandable since it's tucked next to the Radioshack and Chinese take-out.

Great customer service & Friendly

Coming to this nail salon is like coming to your girlfriend's sleepover party. It's so fun and friendly in there. The workers there obviously enjoy each other and are thrilled to entertain you. You don't feel awkward making special requests and often they (especially the manager) anticipate your needs before you even know. They really pay attention to the little details. I am a stickler for attention to details and they really impress me. While getting a spa pedicure, I was shifting in my seat trying to ask a question and the manager happen to walk by and immediately stopped what he was doing to ask if he could offer any assistance. When I said no need, he took a quick look around my area and tidied up my fallen purse and even cleaned my shoulder because of stray pieces of cotton from my eyebrow wax.

The first time I came to the salon, it was raining really hard and I had forgotten to roll up my window. He saw it and informed me. Unfortunately I was getting my feet done at the time. He voluntarily asked me for my keys and proceeded to run out in his chic, formal attire to roll up my windows and even drove the car to the front entrance! He came in dripping wet and even laughed. He didn't make me feel awkward at all. I gave him a $20 tip later on and he refused it!!! He even insisted after I pushed it on him THREE times. I am flatly impressed. This salon has my business for life as far as I am concerned.

Unique Nail Salon

I have been getting artificial nails and pedicures for over 15 years and this place is by far the most unique experience ever. The atmosphere is very modern and luxurious. You wouldn't have guessed that it is located inside a Publix shopping center. Customer service is out of this world.

If you think there's a hefty price tag then think again. It is one of the cheapest places around. I don't even know how they stay in business. You are getting 5-star resort quality service and ambiance for the price of a hole in the wall salon. The owner and the general managers are attentive to your every needs. You'll be hard pressed to find anything like it in Atlanta, or anywhere else for that matter.

• Pros: Skill, Customer Service and Ambience. Genuine and fun.
• Cons: Some technician's English isn't very good; but the general managers more than make up for that.

The owner is the one to speak to. She is very helpful and just very accomodating. The atmosphere is pleasant. Can get pretty busy on the weekend. Do call ahead to make appointment.
