This is a great facility in Roswell, complete with a martial arts studio with classes for children ages 4+ and adults. There is a large studio for yoga and pilates as well as a work out room with exercise equipment. Best of all, the owner and staff are all very friendly and unpretentious. The yoga instructor, Kathy, is great! No pressure sales tactics. They have different payment options to suit your needs/usage.
Pros: Great staff, not crowded, good facility
Cons: no sun. classes
