Good Customer Service

I ordered my fiance a dozen red roses and a $40 flower arangment for Valentine's Day from this florist. When I called in, they were busy and they messed up my order. The roses were perfect but the arrangement was not very good, had the wrong flowers in it and didn't fill out the card as requested. I called the next week to let them know and they were VERY receptive to the feedback and apologetic of the mistake. They said they would credit my card or send some more flowers this week. I am really impressed with their courteous customer service and impressed with their professionalism. I will continue to buy from them and refer them to others.
