I love this salon. My family and friends have been going to kas for years. They make you feel very welcome and have always provided me with great service. What makes this place even better is the staff seems to never change. So many salons have a rotating door for employees. I have seen this salon continue to add on to their staff and get more and more busy. I am eager to see the new location. Good luck!!

i think this salon is really nice. the whole staff when i was there was so friendly and attentive. i'm thinking about extensions b/c when i was there i saw another client getting them and they looked great. also, it was nice to get such a thorough consultation and my hair came out just as we discussed. i would definitely recommend this salon.

just wanted to let you know that your salon is great. i first saw you in many of the hair publications at my local store. i decided to make appointment and i am very pleased. the staff and my stylist were so nice and my hair looks awesome. i was told that you will be relocating to a new location down the street. i am excited to see your new location and i will defiantly be following you. good luck with the upcoming move.i will see you soon.

I was looking for a new place to have my hair cut and highlights. I found this salon on the internet. I read the reviews and everyone seemed to be happy. I decided to call and speak with the receptionist. I told her that I would like to schedule an appointment for a haircut and told her that price was important, but not the most important. I told her that I wanted someone very good. She said the person she put me with was the trainer in this salon. I said ok because you would assume that she would be the best. I went in for my haircut and she was a very good sales person. She said you should go ahead and do your highlights because it will make your cut flow. I said ok. After the color she said you really need to get a deep conditioning. I also agreed because I assumed she knew what she was talking about. When she got finished with me I was so upset because the haircut was horrible and I had worked so hard to get the layers grown out. The color was no where near what I had asked for. I paid $215.00 plus a $20.00 tip to get my hair destroyed. After my co-workers saw it and said it looked so bad I called and made an appointment to go back in to have it re-done by another person. When the person was re-cutting my hair she could not believe how uneven my hair was and even made the statement that some people complain for no reason, but I have no idea what she was trying to do when she cut your hair. She told me it was so gapped in the back that she could not get it to blend with this visit and I would need to come back for her to get it to blend. I called to go back to get it cut again and again when I returned she said I needed to do my highlights. I said ok. She did not even get my permission to do the deep conditioning. When she cut my hair she said it does not blend properly, but it looked better than before. She said it would probably take 1 more cut. I said ok. When I checked out I had another $200.00 charge. I asked her you mean I have to pay for this haircut even though this salon messed it up and she said yes. She said maybe I can give you a good conditioning next time. As of today my hair is still not cut proper, the color is faded and my hair is very greasy from all this conditioning they recommended. It has been just a few weeks and I am on my way back to the salon I went to before to get it redone to satisfaction and at a competitive price. I feel their service is very over priced and would never return or recommend them.

I have been going to Lee for three years and have never had a problem. My hair tends to be difficult to tame and to cut. In the past, I have found that most stylists can not cut my hair the way I like it. I thought that I had a difficult haircut to do but Lee always seems to cut it with perfection! Not to mention, I always have my hair colored and she is always putting in the best color patterns. I receive compliments daily, and have been told that I have "celebrity hair". I recommend going to Lee for any cut or color, especially short hair. She is always looking out for me by suggesting treatments (my hair is curly, and I straighten it everyday, which causes a lot of damage) that makes my hair look as if it has never been touched with a blowdryer or a flat iron. LOVE HER!!!!

I love KAS everyone is so nice there, the manager Ashley at the front desk is always so nice every time I go there she always has a smile on her face and is so friendly, It's nice walking into a place and the first thing you see is a smiling friendly face. Also, my hair looks amazing like always thanks to Lauren, who also has a great personality and is really sweet :) Thanks KAS!

I had my hair cut and highlighted with a new technique the stylist learned this past month by a Redken Artist that came to their salon.I love it! The highlights are placed so they fall well with my cut. It is so cool that they actually have classes in the salon and learn new things all the time. All the stylist seem to really work well with each other.I am very pleased with my stylist,Cindy, she took plenty of time with me. And I thought the front staff was very pleasant,they even offered to get me Starbucks! I will definitely be back.Thanks KAS.

so this review should have been written weeks ago, but i haven't had time and had forgotten. the staff at kathy adams read my review and called me the very next day asking me to come in to try to resolve the situation. i explained to them what had happened and they were very, very friendly and did everything they could to make me happy. i was given a free cut to make up for the horrible one from before, and was also given a free certificate for my next visit. they worked hard for customer satisfaction, and i feel that i was treated very well and professionally. maybe cindy was just having an off day, which is understandable, and i will definitely be going back :)

i visited this salon for a hair cut and was very satisfied. the hair cut was great and the staff was really nice and just all around very friendly. i can tell they get a lot of training which is a nice change. i will make this the place i go for my hair cut.

My best experience at a salon. How refreshing to go to a salon where they take time with you. I had a great consultation, the service was great and they taught me what products to use and how to style my hair. Everyone was friendly. Great experience!!!
