Great Customer Service

I called up to get my alarm serviced started, I spoke with a CSR who was very friendly and nice who took my info., and we set up a time for the tech to come out. From the first person I spoke with, to the Tech that called first then showed up on time. All of the people were very friendly, nice, and professional. The tech did a great job. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have not had a problem with my alarm or with anyone from this company. Only a great alarm and great service!!

excellent service

I have an alarm system called to get it activated spoke with a very nice rep. had them come out to set up. The tech that came out was GREAT! I had asked all my questions they were answered. Then i wanted to add more security to my system. I will tell all my friends & co-workers about this company & will not use another company for my alarm needs

GREAT Customer Service

I have been with this company for 8 years and they have monitored all of my homes I will not use anyone else. From the receptionist to the tech to the service it has been just a wonderful experience for us and many others that I have referred to them. Anytime that I have called and needed anything I have had nothing but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

alarm service

I called up wanting to cancel my service. The young lady that I spoke to was very pleasant with me on the phone. I got all of the information that she stated to me and was told about the policies around canceling the service. Got the form with the amount owed paid it signed the form sent it back. I had them install a new alarm in my new house. Great company! I will never use anyone else.

I have spent a great deal of time researching and talking to the local security companies in the area, national and local. Most are just gimmicks to get into the home with the offers that are nowhere near what you will really need. With Brinks you never OWN the equipment,you pay to lease. ADT ads and offers are just the tip of the iceburg.I am in the home security field, a security advisor.I know all the local companies, their rates,their pluses and minuses. No one should ever fall for "the package deal" And, if you fail read and re-read the small print,you're trapped, its a legal document. I have had contact with Trust customers and hey all say the same thing about trying to cancel. Not berating them,just giving the facts. My job is to advise the homowner on their security in the home.

the best custeomer service

I called and had a very plesant conversation with the csr. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was trying to decide if i should go with them or another national company. Upon looking at all of the pros and cons of both I went with this company. The deciding factors customer service, a 12 month agreement vs 36 month agreement, 16.00 a month vs 35.00, same equipment. I HIGHLY recommend this company

Best Alarm Service

I just moved to the area. The house I bought already had an alarm in it. I called them I talked in length with the young lady on the phone she answered all of my questions. I was told about all policies from activation to termination everything was explained to me in depth she also made sure that I understood what she was saying. I called on a late on a friday to request service on a monday which was met the tech called then arrvied when he said he would he should me how to use the system I asked a bunch of questions he took his time in explaining to me how to use the system. I will not ever use another alarm company. Excellent service from start to finish. I recommend everyone to use this company.

Great Service!!!!

I purchased a home and had them come and install an alarm system. From the call placed to the customer service rep to the finished product everything went great! All policies and procedures were explained to me by the CSR from start to finish. The service tech was very friendly. I could not of asked for a better company to have my security with. I feel that you get out of something what you give, if you come across rude and demanding you will get the same treatment back. I have read all of the posts here and I can not believe that we are talking about the same company. I would use them again and tell all my friends and neighbors to do the same.

Best Rates, Prices, and Customer Service

I have been a customer for 2 years. I called up asked what the process was for canceling my alarm monitoring I was told what the process was I gave the information that was asked. I got my form in the mail within about 3 weeks paid the amount owed per my agreement mailed it back and that was that I DO read everything before I sign it I understood that I had an agreement for a certain amount of time and that it renews if I cancel before that time I have to pay for the rest of the agreement. I was treated with great customer service. I was with another company before and I was paying 38.00 per month for my free system that I had to pay for 5 years, so you see a 12 month agreement is alot better than that. I also referred my co-workers and family to them and I have never heard them say anything bad about this company, I guess we just understand the process. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I WERE TO MOVE BACK TO GA.

Stinks is not a strong enough word!!

Unless you enjoy frustration and a feeling of complete dissatisfaction, stay far, far away! Trust Security does not care about customers, only the bottom line. I've rarely come across a company that had absolutely no redeeming qualities! The employees are rude and uncaring. Good luck if you ever decide you need to cancel the "service".
