Deep Menu, Lots of Variety
by accoladescrier at Citysearch
Okay, so this place is a chain, but it's really, really good. The menu has page after page of great food. Every time I come here I have trouble figuring out what to get. One thing not to miss, the factory nachos. Best cheese to chip ratio in the city, hands down.
- Pros: Atmosphere, Food Choices, Large Portions
- Cons: Usually busy
Great Food. Overpriced.

I love the cheesecake factory. Its a very nice place. I eat there probably once a week and the service is great. But yes the food is just a little pricey. But you pay for what you want right?
Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.

In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

It's always worth the wait at the door for great variety of choices & very friendly, prompt service every time!
- Pros: Amazing menu of both food & drinks
- Cons: Parking
Decent Food but Pricey
by bjp2592 at Citysearch
Everyone gets excited about this place but it's nothing special. The food is good but overpriced. Sure the cheesecakes are great but you can get great cheesecake at lots of restaurants. Even if you're already at the mall, I'd try one of the other restaurants first unless you've just got to have a pumpkin cheesecake.
- Pros: Good food and great cheesecakes
- Cons: Overpriced - food is good but not great
