Mediocre at best

Below average in knowledge. Same workout and exercises every session. No expertise in training women. After 6 weeks, I was bigger and bulked-up instead of more toned and lean (which was my stated goal). Nothing new or innovative in training. Over priced services.

• Pros: Early morning hours. No other advantages.
• Cons: Expertise and knowledge of training staff is below average. Not enough parking. Over priced.
