if you have a real issue- they are slow to respond as well as hard to deal with-should you run into financial hardship (i have not but i have friends there that have) and they will tow your car and tell you you cannot have any visitors until you have satisfied their wishes--don't let them send you to their dakau........

This management company is the worst ever.

I do not owe money and will tell anyone that they should never move in to a community that is ran by these nuts.

I know when I sell this dump I will never move in to another community that’s operated by them and will quickly move out of the next one if they get hired.

The fact is this management company is a nightmare to deal with and you need to be very concerned if they are taking over your property or running it.

They do not take phone calls or e mails form residents because they only do that for the principal, that’s the board of directors not homeowners, they can care less about the owners and the managers attitude shows it, they will hang up on you and never respond to e mails.

Go to their web page and look under the association terminology and see this quote.

Exhibit professionalism and loyalty to the principal (the Board), NOT HOMEOWNERS.

Need I say more?

The fact is if anyone takes anyone to court they get attorney fees included in the judgment, that’s not anything special or new.

My question is if the attorney’s fees are really needed or just added insult to injury. I mean seeing how they had a binding contract with you and everyone knows association dues are not arbitrary.
