I have never been treated as rudely as I was in this store. I am in the process of finishing my basement and was quickly shuffled out of the store because my budget was not extravagant enough for a home theater room. They believe the best customer is an uneducated customer so they can charge 4 to 5 times a normal rate. This type of equipment is becoming more of a commodity in the marketplace and high end retailers like Sound & Cinema that try to confuse and overcharge are a dying breed. If you do buy from this location be careful your warranty will last longer than they are in business.
