Best Home Security!

I have lived in the Alpharetta area for the past 12 years and I have been very pleased with the area. Unfortunately, I heard from some neighbors that there have been some recent burglaries in the area. I called the police to ask them about it and they told me that they believe that the burglars either have copies of the keys or are picking the locks, because there are no signs of forced entry. This made me very concerned!!! I called Atlanta Lock & Key and told them my situation and they sent a locksmith out that day and he was able to install high security locks on my home. He explained to me that these locks are pretty much pick proof and that no one could get copies of the keys made. Since I had my locks changed I feel so much better when I go to work. I know I went the extra step and it has paid off! I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is concerned about locking up there home! I am glad I did!

Very Rude

My truck was not able to crank the other night outside of Perimter Wal-Mart. I called a mechnic who was very honest and told me it was a tumbler issue, and before I wasted money purchasing a new ignition cylinder, I needed to call a locksmith and have them repair or replace the tumblers. I looked up some Atlanta Locksmiths and found a Locksmith that came HIGHLY recommended by several customers. I dialed his number, 404-239-9999, and he personally answered. I cheerfully introduced myself and proceeded to inform him of my problem. Before I could complete my explanation of my problem, he quickly barked, "I don't do cars"! I quickly apologized to him, stating that his information on the web didn't state whether or not he was residential or vehicular, but he interrupted, very condescendingly, that he was trying to "explain" to me the difference between the two. I told him I was aware of that, but was only trying to ask him if he could recommend one, but he continued to be rude and treat me as though I was some fool who was wasting his precious time. So if you dial this guy up, you better be aware that he only does homes, not cars, or you better be ready to be yelled at by a rude individual. His work may be good, but his people skills are a -0.

Great Locksmith!

My wife and I were very impressed with our locksmith! He said he had been in the business for 35 years and we believe him! He was neatly dressed, super polite, and a bundle of information. He was able to resolve our issues quickly and pointed out some other issues that we had over looked. Over all we had a very pleasant experience and are convinced that we have found our locksmith for life!

Real Pros

My Husband and I just recently bought a new home in Alpharetta and was very concern about our security. We were concerned because at closing they only had one key that worked only one door and they said that over the years they had give out the rest to builders and workers and such. This concerned us greatly, because we didn’t want anyone having a key to our home that we did not know! So, we called the locksmith and they explained to us that we did not have to replace the locks we only had to rekey them to a new key. They were able to send a uniformed locksmith out that day and he was able to change all the locks to “one new key” and was able to remove the old keys! We were very happy and impressed! This company is a very professional and knowledgeable company and I will recommend them to all my friend and family!

Outstanding company! The staff on the phone was very pleasant and the locksmith that came out was very knowledgeable in his trade and educated greatly about my issue and was able find an economical solution to my issue! This is a great company!!! Call them and see for your self!!!

Good Company

I was impressed with Atlanta Lock and Key's service. They were able to schedule me in quite quickly and showed up on time. The locksmith was very polite and took care of my issue. The locksmith also pointed out a couple concerns that he discovered that I didn?t realize! Over all I was impressed to find a company that had this level of professionalism and concern for their customer. I would recommend this company to anyone!

True Professionals

I am a manger with a software housing company. I was in search of a company that specialized in high security locks and that could help me lock up and control access to my building and it the specialized rooms inside. I finally chose Atlanta Lock and Key and have been very impressed with their crew! These guys were in uniform, on time, and understood exactly what I wanted to do and got the job done! I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reputable locksmith company. These guys are the real deal!

Great well rounded service!!!

I called Atlanta Lock and Key to come out to repair a couple of locks at my business after it was vandalized the night before by some kids. They were able to send a "uniformed" locksmith out that day. When the locksmith came out he repaired my locks and replaced the one that was totally beat up (it was beaten off the door!). As he was working he pointed out a few problems that I had with my locks. I was not 100% in compliance with the fire code and ADA. He gave me several options and was able to take care of everything on site! I did not realize that my business wasn't up to code and the thought never crossed my mind! I strongly recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you are a business!
