My husband and I have used Car tunes multiple times on multiple cars. They are friendly, helpful and have AMAZING quality! It costs, but is worth it. Their work is impeccable - we have had sat radio, window tinting, scratch/"ding" repair, interior work and leather work done on at least 4 cars over the years and it looks like the cars were "born" that way! We keep going back and have referred friends and family countless times.
Pros: the BEST job in town
Cons: few - you do get what you pay for.

I was in there on 7-30-2003 to get the windows on my new 2003 Dodge SRT-4 tinted. First of all they charge too much, this was a gift from my GF though so I went where she got me a certificate. For $225 (standard pricing) I got THE WORST tint job I've ever seen. It's back there again today to be fixed. I am dead serious when I say there is at least 3 bubbles in every tinted window on my car, a gap on the rear window at the bottom and wrinkles spread around sparaticly. On top of this they'd rather do a hack job the first time I come in and then waste my time and give them my car again for another full day to fix what should have been done right in one shot. Is this professionalism? I think not. 150 word limit...
Pros: greedy, underhanded, lowlife
Cons: miscommunicative, careless, rude
