Will 3 times be a charm or a last strike & you're out?

Ok. I'd gone in as a first time client, asking for my roots to match my color and highlights. The roots matched the main color, however, the highlights were colored over and ended up being 'ashy' looking. I went in for a 2nd visit, a re-do/correction, and the ashy look was gone, however, so were my highlights.... :( ... I even asked, if I'll be able to see them? My response was, "you won't see them at all.". My 2nd question, "will they fade?" Reply, "yes...". Months later... they faded with the rest of the color, that still matches, making it look like I don't have any highlights - at all.... I don't like to give bad reports, but this should have been corrected the 2nd time. And, with an opportunity to, gloriously, save money, totaling 50% off.... I still have to wonder, what's the point, if you don't walk out with what you want? Yet.... times are hard and money is tight for me.... Sorry, but this 3rd attempt (if I take one) will be either "3 strikes and you're out" or the "3rd time is a charm.". I'll keep you posted.

Excellent skills & friendly service!

After admiring a friend's hair style and asking who did it, I decided to give Teri at Clairborne's a try even though I would have to drive over 1.5 hours (seriously, my friend's hair looked that great and I was sorely in need of a great cut and color)! All the staff was very professional and nice. Teri immediately knew what I needed and fixed me right up! She consulted with me on my colors (I'm a winter!), my hair style and hair color. Then, I was whipped into shape (and, sorry to admit, it was no small task)! I love my hair! Brian is a great colorist! The conditionong treatment made my hair so smooth. Teri is an expert on all of it! I will gladly make the drive again & let them work their magic!

Excellent Experience

I am very particular when it comes to my hair. I, have only trusted 3 people my entire life to cut/color my hair. But when I became desperate for a cut and color, I had no other choice but to find someone. So I took a chance on Claiborne's. I want to say I absolutely loved my experience! Thank You Rusty, love my hair. The staff was wonderful. Continously concerned about making my visit comfortable....I HIGHLY recommend them and I will be back!!

Wonderfully Surprised!

After relocating from Florida 2 weeks ago and past due on my highlights, I was extremely nervous about going to a new hair stylist. I had only been going to the same one for 11years! I walked into Claiborne's Salon and was greeted by Rusty, one of the hair stylist. One look at my hair, and he new exactly what to do. I was extremely pleased at the results and booked my next appointment before leaving the Salon!! My highlights look great, and now I am ready for my job interview tomorrow! Call and make an appointment today! They do it all, from hair to nails, make-up, facials, body treatments and more. Thanks Rusty, you made my day!

Wonderful Experience

April 16, 2012 - I went in to have cut/color and makeup instruction for a major upcoming birthday. Crissy cut and colored my hair (I had gone to Crissy in the past but live out of town and due to unforseen circumstances I had to stop going). This is Monday morning, and I am so pleased with my hair. It didn't take me anytime to style my hair this morning, and it looks great. The cut is perfect and the color pops! Crissy does not rush through to get to the next client. Make an appointment today!!

I had makeup instruction with Donna. This also was a good experience. I am very pleased with her suggestions. She did not use any unnecessary products and didn't do anything so complicated that I can't do it myself.

Definitely a five star salon.

Great Salon!

I absolutely loved my visit here! The staff was so friendly...They offered me magazines, food, and drinks while I was waiting to be consulted. My hair cute and color looked great, and the color lasted for months! I can't wait to come back

Better than 5 stars

My daughter and I had makeovers (Rose package). What fun! Everyone pampered us and gave us a wonderful day for my daughter's birthday celebration. Every service was perfect. We had a massage, manicure, pedicure, image analysis, haircut, color & style, eyebrow dying/shaping, makeup application, and a wonderful lunch. I would highly recommend this salon. Our stylists were Morgan and Rusty, but we came in contact with everyone at one point or another. EVERYONE was wonderful. Morgan and Rusty are magicians. We came out looking like different women- in a good way. This was the best spa/salon experience I've ever had.

I had a great experience at Claibornes!! They staff was amazing and I loved my hairdresser, Morgan! He was very friendly and had great ideas for my hair!! I adore my new color and cant wait to go back!!!

Great cut, good fun

I went to Claiborne's for the first time yesterday based on the reviews on Citysearch and I can see why they have the rating they did. When I arrived I had a private consultation with my styler, Rusty. I got a new updated, stylish cut and an update to my drab color. Not only did I feel new and fresh when I left, but had a great time while I was there. Rusty was a good conversationalist and I enjoyed my time there. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Don't hesitiate to give them a try.
