Best designer clothing in Atlanta
by Tipsi2
I've always been a city girl and loved to shop. Jeffrey doesn't let me down. The shoes are also amazing! I do wish that they had more jeans in larger sizes since my booty doesn't always fit in the ones they have, but, all in all this is the place to shop for clothes that will take you anywhere!
- Pros: Great shoes!
- Cons: Clothes clothes clothes, no cons!
Shopping Simplified

During a recent weekend trip to Atlanta, I happened upon Jeffrey. Entering the store I was warmly greated by the most helpful sales associate. She immediatly welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. Being in search of the perfect dress to wear to multiple occassions, both formal and informal, I informed her of my need. Together we browsed the collections and made selections. In the dressing room, the sales associate gathered a team to assist. From a shoe and accessories consultant to the most wonderful alterations specialist, I was transformed within minutes from my basic black sweater and jeans into a stylish and chic woman. Having the assistance of such a wonderful group of people made the shopping experience so enjoyable and took the guesswork out of shopping. Putting together an outfit was never so simple. The clothing was quite pricey. However for the overall experience it was quite a small price to pay. It was being pampered at its best. I would recommend this store to anyone with an expansive wallet or anyone looking for the perfect chic and classic piece to complement their wardrobe.
- Pros: Best clothing from each designer collection, amazing alterations, selection of designer accessories, wonderful customer service
- Cons: Clothing was a bit pricey.
Top Merchandise! Top Staff! Jeffery Kalinsky Does It All!
by jaymaygm
We first started shopping at Bob Ellis Shoes, on King St.-Charleston, many years ago with my parents. Jeff Kalinsky was just a kid also, working for his dad. Today Jeffery Kalinsky is the master of his own destination, combining Bob Ellis Shoes-Atlanta, Jill Sander, and Jeffery into one fabu store. And still has time to be a fashion consultant to Saks Fifth Ave. The merchandise selection is nothing short of terrific, for both women and men. And the staff is just wonderful, without being snooty. A great place to shop, and you won't find the same big name fancy department store looks. Jeffery is big on the society/fund-raiser scene in Atlanta, and his Meat-Packing District Store in NYC, packs them in also. Go Jeffery!
- Pros: Terrific Designer Looks, Without A Department Store Attitude!
- Cons: Needs A Second Location In Atlanta!
fabulous all around!!

I have been to Jeffrey Atlanta only a handful of times, and to their store in New York once and have had nothing but a pleasant experience there! In Atlanta, one particular sales associate has provided me with the BEST customer service I have ever recieved! She remembered my name 6 months after my first visit. She is truly the best! Not only is she knowledgeable, thoughtful, and polite, she is honest about what works for me! This store has a fabulous selection of designer clothes in a simple yet beautiful store. Pricey but expected because of the labels they carry. Worth a trip!
This oh-so-hip boutique has caused such a sensation that its New York branch was parodied on "Saturday Night Live."

The Scene
Jeffrey Kalinsky's signature store is a minimalist, loft-like space where the only decoration is the clothes. Though the price tags are intimidating, the staff is not. In fact, South Carolina-bred Kalinsky is known for over-the-top hospitality. His multi-designer boutique is connected to his two other stores: the monochromatic Jil Sander and the legendary Bob Ellis Shoes, where a live DJ pumps up the energy.
The Goods
Heralded for bringing serious fashion to Atlanta, Jeffrey has outfitted the Buckhead elite in the likes of Prada, Manolo Blahnik and Michael Kors. If it's on the runway, look for it here. And unlike some boutiques, which are disarmingly spare, Jeffrey has plenty of inventory to admire.
