Unmatched Customer Service

I am very impressed with the staff at the facility. I have 2 young children who love the Blast program. I never had a problem with the membership team, in fact I believe they have went above and beyond for my friends and I. They gave me passes for friends to take classes with me and gave me a massage when my girlfriend and her husband joined. I never worry about the equipment because they provide sanitation wipes and the cleaning staff is always on site. The facility is older than some in the area, but a great investment overall. I will continue to bring friends to this facility and will be a lifetime member.

Membership team is terrible

I can't say enough bad things about their membership team. Since I have joined, they have screwed up my payment (and refused to refund my money) and my membership card, alienated friends I have brought as guests, pestered me with requests to gain access to my friends and co-workers and pretty much made me regret joining.

This is one of the more expensive gyms in town, but you wouldn't know it by walking around the facilities. Save for tennis courts and a rock climbing walk, they aren't offering anything special.

When I joined, I was assured that children were never unattended, but I have been bothered by them in the women's locker room and in the pool. Parents are not expected to rein their children in (even if it's two six-year-old boys running around in the women's locker room or a young girl swimming from lane to lane--including mine!--while adults are trying to get in a work out.)

More than anything I have been disappointed, frustrated and embarrassed by how desperate their membership team is. It's obvious they work on commission by the way they aggressively pitch memberships and try to leverage new members to bring in more members. I don't work in sales and I certainly don't work for this gym. Stop pestering me to help you meet your sales goals!

I joined this club for its exceptional tennis program. I had no idea that i would be cultivated into a gym junky. I underwent the "PRESSLEY" experience. I had no idea what I was in for, but it was well worth it. My training experience improved my tennis game by leaps and bounds. I was faster, stronger, more enduring and look so much better than i imagined. He was a great motivator, trainer and all around experience. I will admit that his training style pushes you to a point that makes you question, if you have anything left to give but the result are well worth it. Great job ACN for providing us, your members, with such a great club. The facilty, tennis and training at your club are second to none.

Great for kids

I have been a member of athletic club northeast for over 10 years and now have a new family. Our 2 year old loves the day care and children's programs. She has also taken swimming lessons, both group and private. We plan on enrolling her for the camp as well. The atheletic facilities for adults are top notch and the classes are the best in the city.

Personal and group training includes Pilates, dance, tai chi and self-defense. Tennis courts, pool, spa, running track and child care offered.

Best workout in town

This is an awesome facility, you can do everything you want. The Service is incredible and the Staff is the best I have ever seen
