I used city search to find Kong's after visiitng several shops in the city. What I found at other shops was lack of customer service, interest and clear direction on what needed to be done to my car. I highly recommend Kong's. Why? He delivers what he says, repairs your car with care and perfection. When you have car damage, you want to be back in it as soon as possible and Kong's will make every effort to do so. When the insurance adjuster is late or weather and other factors come into play be patient ! The finish product will be worth your wait, priced fairly. Kong and his staff are the most focused workers I have seen. More than words can say, I have happy with the repair on my car ! !
