Worst pharmacy staff on the planet!

The pharmacy staff is incredibly inept, their customer service skills are horrendous, they are all unbelievably inconsiderate and oblivious to the point of negligence. I have suffered through two incidents, one where they neglected to fill my prescription at all and I had to suffer in agony for more than 24 hours, and another where I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes while my medication sat in front of me completed and available.

• Pros: Ample parking.
• Cons: Pharmacist, pharmacy staff, hours, cleanliness.

For more than 40 years, this drugstore chain has served communities nationwide with a variety of home, health and beauty products.

First opened in 1963 in Lowell, Mass., under the name Consumer Value Stores, this drugstore chain is among the largest in the country. Stores carry a variety of products, from baby supplies, home health equipment and vitamins to toys and greeting cards.
