Best Dermatology Group Anywhere!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brody for over two years, and have always enjoyed very postive experiences in his office. He is a wonderful physician who has taken my skin a very long way toward a level of excellence in condition I never dreamed possible. For that and his wonderful demeanor I will be eternally grateful. His office staff is upbeat, well organized and courteous to even the rudest of patients. After each of my visits, I have been left with the impression that everyone there feels that he or she has the best job imaginable and would never dream of going elsewhere. I manage a medical office, so I am all too well aware of how difficult a task it is to keep the staff on task and its morale high, especially during these trying economic times when everyone is on edge.

After reading the unfavorable reviews that are posted on this site regarding this particular practice, I urge any potential patient to note the poor grammar and syntex in both of these reviews. The shoddy, early middle school style suggests that they were probably both written by the same undereducated individual who may have a grudge against this practice for illegitimate reasons.

Saved my life

Dr. Brody diagnosed skin cancer in me. I thought it was a little wart but found out it was much worse. He has helped me get the proper treatments and I am doing much better now.

Quick & Friendly Service

I'm not accustomed to writing reviews but I believe this clinic deserves a little bit of my time for my nice visit today. I walked in and the service was great. A nice woman helped me immediately and the entire staff was friendly. The doctor seemed very nice and asked me questions about school and how things are going in general. He gave me a thorough check-up, prescribed medication, and I was on my way.

• Pros: Quick Service, Friendly Staff
• Cons: Not much parking

Great Skin Doctor

I went here to get a few small moles removed and found Dr. Casey on here after I read some of the reviews. I was pleased with the service as well. I was in and out quickly with no pain.

Shingles Care: Excellent Service. Compassionate & Understanding. Made me well.

It is now my mission in life to spread the word of the wonderful care I received from Dr. Hailey and Dr. Casey. I came down with Shingles in early October. I disregarded advice from an office associate to set an appointment to his wife?s dermatologist for my shingles. I heard there was nothing anyone could do but, ?ride it out?. The internal pains were unbearable and the thought of having them for weeks was incomprehensible. I was wrong. I was given the number, called the office and explained my situation. The receptionist was more than compassionate, she was insistent that I come in immediately. NOW. I was on day two of my diagnosis and was told that getting treated was of high importance. I visited during my lunch hour and was given shots to relieve the pains. I now understand how some doctors get the GOD complex, because I was healed on the spot. My lesions were gone in 24 hrs and I was pain free. I did show up a week later (w/o an appointment) in the morning because I could not stand the pains any longer and they were accommodating and then again two weeks later. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, the nurses & receptionist compassionate. I highly recommend them.

• Pros: Knowledgeable and kind.
• Cons: Atlanta traffic. Go figure.

BEST DERMATOLOGIST GROUP

I made an appointment and got same day service with happy and professional staff and absolutely no complaints...I had the complete opposite experience of others who have written reviews...I could not have asked for any better treatment than I received today.

Rude assistant

My experience with the doctor's nurse was horrible! The nurse was verbally abusive towards me while making an appointment at this office. She basically told me that my needs as a patient does not matter and abusively told me that any appointments not written in the doctor's schedule is all my fault. I hope that Dr. Brody or Crawford Long Hospital both do not operate under these same principles.

Worst Nurse ever

As a patient of Dr. Brody's for 5 years, I have never had a complaint. However, his nurse needs a real lesson in good behavior and public/customer service. Also, the staff who writes down the appts. needs to understand that when patients book an appt. that they (as the doctor's staff/asst.) needs to write the appointment down instead of pretending that they are the keystone cops or in kindergarten.
