If you want the definition of "customer service," brother, Sig's got it going on. I've been going there for 26 years and when you leave, you feel inspired by knowing there really is a place that will treat you as a valued customer. The value and quality of their cleaning is superb. And you can even get your shirts boxed!
Pros: Best overall cleaners in the Metro Area.
Cons: None

Can anyone launder a dry shirt and press it right??? I was looking for a place to take my dress shirts as my 'ole stand-by changed hands and the service quality of the new owners was horrible. So I decided to try the "city search" winner. Yes, the folks there are truly nice, but at the end of the day I don't care if I have to deal with a person with a bad attitude or not. I want a shirt that has been cleaned and properly pressed. My shirts were returned to me as if they were taken from the bag and rehung on a hanger. They were wrinkled and the collars were a mess! I'm not sure who wrote these reviews, but this place is despicable!
Pros: location
Cons: quality of cleaning

I moved to ATL about six months ago, and chose this dry cleaner based on citysearch reviews. I'm so glad I did - these guys could not be any friendlier, they truly love doing business with their customers. Prices are fair and turnaround is quick. I always walk out of there with a smile on my face, in addition to having nicely pressed clothes!
Pros: Prices, friendliness of staff
Cons: Cash or check only (just remember your checkbook!)

They always do a great job cleaning and pressing my stuff -- and they are SO friendly. I always take my winter bedding in for cleaning in the spring and don't pick it up until the first frost -- and they don't mind at all! I have even seem employees offer to DELIVER items to people if they won't be ready the next day. Who does that?? These guys are the best, truly -- if only more people gave this kind of customer service. They don't take credit cards, which can be a bummer... but they've let my husband pick up our cleaning and just pay later when he's forgotten to bring cash. Again, who does THAT?? I don't have a ton of dry cleaning needs with my current job -- but when I do, I always take it to Sig's!
Pros: Great prices, awesome customer service
Cons: No credit cards

It's a bit of a time warp to walk into this place, but everyone is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They only charge $1.25 to launder women's dress shirts-- most places make women pay a $4 or $5 dry cleaning charge with the claim that women's shirts won't fit on the press! I'll definitely be back!
Pros: $1.25 Women's Shirts, Friendly Service, Parking
Cons: Cash and Checks only-- no credit cards

The people at Sig Samuels couldn't be any nicer or more friendly, and they are very good at what they do. They treat you like an old friend and are extremely accommodating (I called them one afternoon at 3 o'clock because my husband needed his suit cleaned by the following day, and they were able to have it ready in under 2 hours). I am always amazed at how cheap the bill is for such excellent service. And if a stain doesn't come out, they have always been happy to try again, free of charge.
Pros: the people and the quality of their work

This place is great. The people are friendly, the dry cleaning is great and cheap. I paid $4 to get a sweater jacket done that some dry cleaners up the street tried to get me to pay $8 for (because it had suede trimming and elbow pads). Very fast service as well. I came in on a Friday and got my sweater back on the following Monday; entering to drop off and entering to pick-up totaled approximately 3 minutes.
Pros: service, employees, fast, cheap
