please stop talking

My husband and i wanted a nice relaxing spa day for our anniversary. What we got was a pretty good massage but an hour of talking non stop!!!! We didn't want to be rude and we gave a few hints, but COME ON! I don't need to know your whole life story and what you aspire to be! I'm paying alot of money to be relaxed and I left with a headache. So if you go......ask for the "quiet massage"

Not recommended for facial

I went here for a facial hoping to unclog/clear my skin as I started breaking out. I have sensitive, oily skin. I had asked my facialist about my recent breakouts. She said it was because my skin was actually dry and my lymphatic system wasn't working properly. She recommended several products, which I bought (they were not cheap). My skin actually got worse after the facial and using those products for several weeks. I went to a dermatologist and got my skin under control. I feel like this place completely mislead me and was just trying to get me to buy products. I'm also concerned about the facialist's actual knowledge of skin conditions. I don't think my breakouts had anything to do with my lymphatic system and my dermatologist confirmed that my skin is oily. Wish I would have saved myself the money and went to the dermatologist to begin with.

Best facial in Atlanta, by Win.

First moved to Atlanta, looking for a place to relax and refresh my skin and Found Natural Body in Morningside. Win gave the best facial i have ever had, even when i have worked in a resort myself. This facial i talked about for Weeks and still talking about it. Try Win at Natural Body.

Best massage I've ever had

Knowledgeable massage therapist relaxed my achy sore muscles and made me wonderful. To me it's all about working out the kinks without hurting me so I feel that I'm actually healthier when I leave than when I came in.

Low-key and approachable, this local chain is a good choice for spa first-timers. The extremely friendly desk staff makes you feel at home with complimentary tea or water. Though the cozy neutral-toned waiting area is flush with magazines, you'll want to spend your free time perusing the products for sale. Natural Body stocks an extensive selection of yummy-smelling soaps, candles and skin-care products by Essentiel Elements, Aveda, Bumble and bumble and Jurlique.

The spa covers the basics, offering a list of standbys like deep tissue massage and facials. You can also find more exotic treatments like heated stone therapy, herbal friction massages, sea mud wraps and a sea scrub exfoliating treatment.

None better!!

I've been going to the Highlands location for almost 5 years now. I try out other spas occasionally but always return home. Brent is the best massage therapist and the sales staff is great. I'm glad the location got an overhaul to offer more products. Outside of massages, I never have to specify a service provider because they are all great. I just get a convenient time and go. The only downside are the facials. The tables are too small and just not the oooh ahhh experience you come to expect with this great group

Great Spa Experience!!!

It feels like your at Cheers where everybody knows your name. Take a moment to visit this wonderful spa that has a hodge podge of services to sooth the mind, body, and soul. I'm a products junkie and feel like a kid in a candy store with all the great product lines for the face and body to take home. Make an appointment today that are very flexible!!! You will enjoy it the superior service while greeted with a smile and water/tea offer while you wait. It's a favorite of mine and I'm willing to share. Go see for yourself!! Very flexible appointments.

Mixed Experience

I've had two full body massages here. The first time it was in Decatur & it was very professional & relaxing. The only complaint I had was the music there was really cheesy, motivational singing about how we have the power and need to be assertive and what not. My friend & I were in different rooms but both burst out laughing.

The second time I went to the Highlands & my masseuse was too harsh and tried to sell me a seaweed wrap in the middle of the massage. I wasn't impressed. But my husband really liked his deep tissue w/Monica. So you should really get a personal recommendation. The atmosphere is more new-agey than other more sleek & modern salons in the area...a matter of personal preference.

Amazing

My mother and I jsut spent the day at teh Highlands location, and it was one of the best days of my life. My massage was wonderful, and my facial technician was so sweet and even included a free extra treatment. Everyone was kind and the setting was relaxing and enjoyable. Furthermore, the location is great! We arrived early and had lunch at Alon's bakery nearby and then looked at all the cute shops and galleries.

The warmth, genuine concern and sincerity over

weigh ANY so called, exotic treatments. I have never gotten any service there that was not absolutely wonderful. The atmospheres in all 7 of the original owners stores is so special, it alone makes you relaxed, welcomed and soothed. The courtesy and caring staff make you feel like you are being pampered in your own home. Its the best all of Georgia has to offer and rivals the best in CA.

It offers more services than the finest in the Nation.

And its more than a spa. Gifts are special and delight the most particular customers. THe assortment of skin care lines they carry covers every possible type of skin. Men love it to and are steady customers,both for presents for their partners and to use to pamper themselves. In short, there is nothing better for any amount of money. Sandy
