Gary Tylock Ripoff Eye Care Center I went to Dr.Gary R. Tylock, Tylock Eye Care and Laser Center Dallas Texas after hearing on of their advertisements. My experience there was very negative. I felt like I was being sold a used car by a heavy handed pressure salesman. They also lied about their prices. My vision was terrible after the procedure and was regressing even more with time but Dr.Gary R. Tylock, felt it was not enough to qualify for an enhancement
