Mitzi and Romano has been a long time favorite. The clothing is all very nice, especially the jeans.

I love Mitzi and Romano. They are my favorite VAHI shopping location. The clothes are so trendy and their store window looks so beautiful. The big flowers in the window are just spectacular.

I went to this boutique for the first time and found some really great deals. The accessory store was having an 80% sale on select items and I got a bottle of Tocca Touch perfume for an unbelievable deal (was supposed to be $68, and I am not kidding it ended up being $14). My boyfriend could not believe that bargains. I also got a really cute Free People blouse (originally $98, on sale for around $20) I hear they have sales racks frequently, so I will definitely return! Yes, the sales people could be a little friendlier, but isn't that the case at most places?
Pros: Really good sales prices, cute selection of accessories and garments
Cons: Sales staff on the snooty side, I can see why there have been complaints

Mitzi & Romano is my favorite boutique in Atlanta. They have stylish, fashionable clothing that is unique, fun and sophisticated. Without fail, I always get compliments on what I wear from there- whether it's a cocktail dress, jeans, accessories or a cute top. The price point can be higher than some boutiques in Atlanta, but they have GREAT sales and I'm never sorry with what I have bought. Honestly, My favorite items in my closet came from Mitzi & Romano. My experience in the store is exactly what I want when I'm shopping. I like to browse on my own, and when it's time to try on, the salespeople are awesome about helping you choose and giving you their honest opinion. I bought a pair of Hudson cords a couple of weeks ago and Anna (who's super cute by the way) helped me pick the right size (you never know how they're going to stretch)- and kept bringing me pairs and making suggestions until I found the perfect fit. Bottom line, great clothes & accessories I know I'll get compliments on.

I am so sorry to read about the woman who had a problem with customer service at Mitzi & Romano. I went in the other day and had a great experience. I too had just lost weight from having a baby and they helped me find a great pair of jeans. It took a lot of patience on my part to try on jeans but one of the girls helped me find a great pair. I also found out that the really skinny girl or the "anorexic" girl the reviewer mentioned had been really sick lately. I guess we shouldn't jump to conclusions! I had a good experience.

I work at Mitzi and Romano and have read all of the reviews. To those who have written good ones, thanks! As for the bad ones, I am a little confused. For example, We always carry jeans sizes from 25 to 32. This is the scale our vendors use. Honestly, I find it hard to believe that any of our employees would say that we do not carry "big" sizes. I have also read that we are rude and don't greet anyone. This is 100 percent false. We make a point to greet every person who walks into our store. Let's be realistic though...on a busy day, some customers may be missed. This means that we are busy helping other customers and did not see you walk in the door. For that, we are very sorry. We try our best to be helpful without being overbearing. Our boutique has a great selection of merchandise and amazing markdowns that you won't find anywhere else. We hope that the people who have had bad experiences here will come back and let us right our wrong.

I live in VA-HI and went to Mitzi Romano's soon after having my first child and feeling proud that I had dropped some of the baby weight. I asked the anorexic sales girl if they carried AG jeans in size 30 or 31. She said, "We don't carry jeans in big sizes". So, I went down the street and spent my $150 on designer jeans at Mooncake. If you want a good boutique experience go tsomewhere else, like Fickle Manor.
Pros: Cute Jewlery
Cons: Service (Mean Girls)

I have never felt so insulted in my life as the last time i went (and will ever go) to this store. shopping in virginia highlands boutiques is usually such a pleasure, but this store is a different ball game. After following a sales girl to the back (to ask to view jewelry at the front), being ignored upon entering the store, I asked simply if they might have an item I was looking for. The sales girl basically told me I was unfashionable and fat. I love shopping, but girls, unless you want to achieve supreme awkwardness and leave hating yourself, don't shop here.
Pros: relatively cute things. shopping in VA highlands.
Cons: everyone who works there.

My boyfriend bought me a necklace there, thinking it was the one I wanted, but wasn't sure. Turns out he guessed wrong! Poor boy, he has asked two "managers" there if he could return it for a full refund if I didn't like and they said he could. But then, when he tried to return it, the women at the store were SO rude and wouldn't honor their promise that he would be able to return it for a refund. All he could do is get store credit. The worst part is that he talked to the same manager when he bought it and when he tried to return it and she lied to his face and said the return policy was one thing when he bought it and another thing when he tried to return it. The worst part was that this necklace had cost him $75 and it was a cheap-looking, small piece of metal (not even high-quality silver) on a dingy chain.
Pros: In the Highlands
Cons: Customer service, lack of honesty and candor
