Bad Services
by juanvacca1
I had a test done in this facility a year ago and my insurance company was asking for information relating that test. I went three times to the clinic and also left many messages to the manager Ms Ruff. She did not have the courtesy of calling back to discuss what I need it. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. There are hundreds of clinics around town. Please go somewhere else.
- Cons: Bad service
Stay Far Away!
by DavidAsher
Went there for what I knew was an ear infection in July. Doctor maintained to the contrary: You only have wax in your ears! Days later, many visits to an ENT specialist who has amazed at the misdiagnosis, especially since I had prefaced my visit with what I thought I had. Since then, billing nightmares, incompetent staff, bitchy administrative assistants who can't even copy a simple file. I'll be filing with the Georgia Medial Review board, as well as with the local insurance commissioner.
STAY AWAY!!!!
- Pros: Only place in Buckhead for emergency medicine
- Cons: Totally unprofessional staff! Billing Fraud & Incompetence
Stay Away!!!!!!!!!

This place needs to be shut down!!! Please file a complaint the with the GA Medical Board before someone is seriously injured or (assuming this has not already happened!). This is the most careless group of doctors and staff I have ever witnessed - this place needs to be closed!
- Pros: nothing
- Cons: EVERYTHING
The worst healtcare experience of my life!
by sab51
Where should I start? 1) After waiting for 2 hours they gave me the wrong injection; I recieved the typhoind vacine instead of a tetanus shot 2) I realized during check out that I received the wrong injection 3) I had to wait another 45 minutes to get the shot I specifaclly came in to recieve. 3) At check out, they tried to charge me $100 for the typhoid shot that I recieved becasue of their mistake. 4) The receptionist, office manager and the doctor all refused to remove the charge and not once did they even apologize or admit to making a mistake.
- Pros: nothing
- Cons: careless doctors and nurses

Definitely Ask For Dr. Salinas.....Don't Bother Otherwise
by beautynmotion
I have been going to the clinic based on necessity and convenience a few times and since Dr. Salinas has joined their facility, I really must say that he is the best doctor that I have been to, hands down! He was very professional and was able to determine what my condition was and prescribed me the medication that was needed and my condition cleared up immediately. Dr. Salinas was very warm hearted and made me feel like he was concerned. The other times I was there before with the same symptoms, I was mis-diagnosed and given the wrong medication by Dr. Roth and Dr. Walker. My only other complaint is that the clinic itself is not very hygenic and I would suggest that they invest in retaining an interior decorator so that you feel that you are not in the hood and create some ambiance.
- Pros: One Of The Best Doctor's Of This Clinic
- Cons: Dr. Roth, Dr. Walker and Poor Bedside Manner
I will go back and I recommend this clinic

I was tired of going from one dr to another based on the insurance I had. I went in very reluctantly based on my experience with drs. and specially because it was a clinic and not a regular doctor's office. a friend recommended dr. Walker but because she only sees patients on Thursdays I couldn't see her. Dr Salinas was very friendly and warm and explained everything in detail, I could even say he cared for my well being. I just found my primary care physician.
It's all about which Doctor you see....
by lewynld
I suppose it must be all about the doctor you happen to see. Apparently doctor roth is on the rude side, but I happened to see Dr. Salinas, who could not have been more friendly or personable. I did have to wait about an hour, as they were unusually crowded. The staff was friendly and competent. Dr. Salinas came in within 10 minutes after I was taken to my room. He checked me out and I was given a prescription and was out of the clinic within another 10 minutes.
I have actually been to the clinic several times over the years. I usually have been treated pretty well and it definitely seems like the secret is in getting the right doctor. I wish Dr. Salinas was there full time but I suppose you have to take your chances.
- Pros: Cheaper and faster than emergency room.
- Cons: Doctor not full time.
Had one Great Doctor and one Awful Doctor - very inconsistent
by kicadobra
I was there almost two weeks ago for a respiratory infection. Dr. Salinas was amazing - thorough, explained things clearly, left me with tips and specific suggestions for how to manage my symptoms - was technically competent and a clear communicator. Two weeks later I had to return for some residual problems, a person named Dr. Roth was there who was one of the worst physicians I've ever met. Almost identical to what one of the other reviewers wrote - he did not look me in the eyes once, was sarcastic and patronizing, and when I asked questions either didn't answer or said he doesn't know why I'm asking that question. These two doctors were such opposites I can't believe the same person/team hired them both. My advice would be - call ahead and find out which doctor is there. Go to another clinic if Dr. Roth is there, I'm not the only one who has been astounded by his rudeness. I'm not sure why he went into medicine!
Definitely go somewhere else!

In Feb 2008 I was double up in pain in my back and stomach. I went here to Piedmont Minor because it was the closest to my work. First of all the place was disgusting. The staff was nice enough and my nurse was actually pretty nice. However the doctor there should be ashamed to call himself a doctor and definitely didn't care about his hypocratic oath. I was diagnosed with a UTI after giving them a urine sample which obviously showed the tell tell signgs of a UTI. The doctor was rude to me, I was having a hard time answering questions cause I was in so much pain and he couldn't have cared less. He quickly wrote me a prescription for Cipro(antibiotic) for the UTI and then whipsered quietly to the nurse to have my urine sample sent to the lab to be tested. I thought this was extremely strange since he had just treated me! Why would he need to send my urine out for testing? That was the least of my concern at the moment I was just trying to not pass out at the moment from the pain. They called me about a week later to tell me that they need me to come back and give another urine sample. I kept asking what it was for? Why did I need it, I was already treated and that it would be redundant to take a test for something I was already and the UTI wouldn't even show up at this point because I was treated? She said she didn't even know what the test was for! What a crock! And eventually said "We don't question the lab". So I said ok, only because I didn't know if the doctor was trying to test for something else that he noticed because he didn't review anything with me. It turns out it was for a UTI test and I get a bill about a month later for $64 for the lab test! I couldn't believe it. And duh, it was negative because I was already treated! What a rip. The doctor is either dumb or just wanted to pump some money out of me. I am currently disputing the charge because this is obviously so bogus. Go somewhere else these doctos are not in it for your wellbeing!
- Cons: Being ripped off!
