I have been a client of Mila European Spa for a few months now and I can honestly say that this is the place to get a classic European Facial. I also would like to recommend their lymphatic drainage massage and detox infrared sauna treatment which is an absolutely incredible slimming treatment. The prices at Mila's are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledable.

Awful experience. My massage was weak, not even and didn't last the full 60 minutes. I get monthly massages and I can honestly say this was one of the worst I had ever received. The facialist kept on trying to talk me into "upgrading" my service and sell me products, which is very obnoxious when you are trying to relax. The service over all was lax and not very professional. Big thumbs down.
Pros: Parking
Cons: Dirty facility, unprofessional staff

Mila's was over priced for what I got. The lady who shaped my finger nails, shaped my nails uneven When I asked her about it, she said "because your nail bed is uneven, I am following the shape of your nail bed so its not really uneven" I was thinking, are you serious?!! So needless to say, all of my nails were shaped like isoceles triangles, and my cuticles began looking very ugly the next day. I definitely felt sales pressure and the customer service was not the best I have ever had. I will not be going back.

I've been coming to this spa for years and they help my skin look perfect - if I left Atlanta I'd still come back to Mila's! They carry the best products. And I like the privacy, the small touches like fresh juices, and the service is always friendly and professional. And ithe scented candles always make it smell super nice!
Pros: very skilled staff, high quality products, beautiful decor

Mila European Spa is the best spa in Buckhead. It is not very big nor pretentios but it is the place to go if you are looking for a great facial, massage or manicure & pedicure. The staff is really friendly, professional and helpful and the spa uses and sells good quality products. I was impressed with their customer service, you will feel at home the moment you walk through the doors.
Pros: location, nice staff & services

i spent 200 dollars on a facial treatment and was left in the waiting room 10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time and had my treatment cut 20 minutes short. i also never received a confirmation. the decor is very bland and un-spa like. the parking isn't that great.
Pros: on peachtree, nice receptionist
Cons: untimely, unprofessional, parking

A consistently great spa experience - I've only tried pedicures and massages there, but each exprience was very positive. Highly professional, well-qualified and personable staff.

I get services at Mila's once a month and I recommend it if you want to get a GOOD SERVICE BY EXPERIENCED THERAPISTS. It is unpretentions, big enough, prices are reasonable, and friendly and accomodating front desk people. I usually go for massage and waxing, have enjoyed every time. Go there for an almost-painless brazilian wax or if you need some work on your tired muscles! Check their website for specials and new services!
Pros: Friendly, no sales pressure
Cons: parking (sometimes...)

I have been a customer of Mila European Spa for a couple of years and I just love it because the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their services are wonderful and they pamper me every time, I strongly recommend Mila European Spa to anyone looking for a true spa experience.

In a nutshell, the following things were wrong: I had to change in the bathroom; I was not given a mirror to inspect my bikini wax job (which I found out later was not satisfactory); I had to wait 30 minutes between treatments in a small ante-chamber with no offer of anything to drink and practically no place to sit; and above all - I received a 30 minute massage instead of a 1 hour massage. When I pointed this out, the reaction was, "oops, did I gyp you?" instead of, "let me rectify that." Everything about my experience was bad and I do not recommend this spa.
Pros: nice receptionist
Cons: unorganized, not relaxing, unprofessional
