Best products horrible service
by Ashm15 at Citysearch
I have gotten all our holiday and special attire at the Kangaroo Pouch. I just have no other option. The ladies are always so short and snotty. Only when I get real nice and dressed up with my LV purse are they nice and helpful. Otherwise forget about it. With three kids and a heavy training schedule I rarely have the right gear on for service. Shame.
One of my Atlanta favorites

I have to say, I'm surprised by the reports of bad customer service! I'm from out of town, but everytime I come into town (about 10 times per year) it's always at the top of my list. I've shopped there for years and have never had any trouble with unhelpful or rude employees! They always go above and beyond in my opinion.
- Pros: sales staff go above and beyond, best selection in town
Consistently Bad Service
by buckheadresident at Citysearch
I have shopped here a handful of times and tried to ignore the blatantly RUDE sales person. However, I have found with all of the other cute children's boutiques in the area...it isn't worth it. In speaking with other people, I realized that most share the same sentiment. Why have a store or work in retail if you are rude to your customers...isn't customer service kind of the point in a store like this? Stay away unless things change.
Great Selection!

If ever in doubt, always go to The Kangaroo Pouch. They have a wonderful store full of toys and gifts for every age, and yet I can always find the latest trends in the clothing store. They have a great selection in girls 10-16 range, which are really hard to find. Prices are competitive to any other childrens boutique in the area. Also, I enjoy the personal service I receive when I shop there.

cute clothes at very expensive prices. TERRIBLE customer service. they are very stuck up and rude. there are so many cute children's boutiques in atlanta, selling the same clothes at better prices, and with much better service. STAY AWAY!!
Worst customer service

There service is terrible. There are better more service oriented shops in Atlanta. They also lack the ability to resolve issues when they arise.
Fashions and furniture that make every child feel like royalty.

The Scene
This children's clothier, which has been in business for more than 20 years, is actually two stores in one location. On one side is a pastel wonderland of juvenile furniture and cheerful quilts. Across the hall is the original clothing store, where the setting is a bit drab but the merchandise is sweetly endearing to parents and children alike.
The Goods
On the furniture side, there are vibrant hooked rugs, quilts, painted furniture, light fixtures and artwork representing childhood's favorite themes from ballet to baseball. Especially charming is the wooden, hand-painted doll furniture, which complements a limited but tasteful toy selection. Clothing ranges from exquisitely intricate, heirloom-quality outfits for preschoolers to surprisingly hip fashions for older kids. And, in the best of Southern tradition, the store offers a wide variety of personalized baby gifts.
