Worst Service Ever & Dishonest
by adorabod
Initially, I went into Luna because I saw the trendy window fashions. Once inside, I walked around for nearly 15 minutes and none of the sales associates even greeted me, let alone asked if I needed any help. When I was leaving I asked if they could direct me to a boutique, Freche, that was close by because I had never been. The two associates blatantly lied about not knowing where it was and insisted there was no such shop around. When I finally located Freche, about a minute WALKING distance from Luna and on same street, I was informed that Luna knew quite well where they were but misdirected me to be nasty about me wanting to give their competition a look. In fact, the associates often go into Freche to spy their styles or black ball their lines. Freche is friendly, trendy, hot, and a great buy. I will never step in Luna again, although contrary to their treatment, "I can afford their fashions." :0)
- Pros: Variety
- Cons: Poor Service & Unethical
Great Shop!
by kellycobb
I love Luna! They always have super cute things - from really classic pieces to very trendy items. I can't go in as much as I'd like because I always end up spending too much money, but the prices aren't any more than other boutiques carrying similar styles/brands.
Over priced and over hyped
by auxie
I could not believe the prices they were asking for most of the clothing here! Plain T-shirts were marked well over $100 and they weren't even popular brands.
- Pros: cute finds
- Cons: snooty sales people and high high prices
Shop here if you like attitude
by sunnshne23
I love Luna, but obviously the company does not hire employees because of their willingness to help customers. True they will hang your clothes in the dressing room for you while you browse, but this is the last time you will see them until you walk out of the dressing room and HAND them your returned items. If you ask for anything above this be prepared for a sigh and eyeroll...they would rather gossip and try on clothes themselves. Luna is great for fashion but horrible for customer sevice.
- Pros: great clothes
- Cons: poor selection, expensive, rude staff
Spend-happy shopgirls bet their paycheck on this trendy Buckhead boutique.

The Scene
Luna reeks of high fashion, with its blond hardwood floors, wide-open racks and cheerful colors. Couple this with an encouraging staff, and you've got an overspending temptation hard to overcome.
The Goods
Coveted that skirt in InStyle magazine? You'll likely find it here. Luna dresses hippie-chic babes and party-girl vixens in the latest designs by Theory, French Connection, Michael Star, Seven, Free People and the like. Head to the back of the store for a small, but outstanding, selection of boots and heels. Gift ideas are scattered about the store: bath products, makeup, aromatic candles, ornate pillows, coffee table books, jewelry and handbags. The latest looks don't come cheap, but right beside that couture skirt you just might find a moderately priced sweater.
Good selection, so-so customer service
by jloke1
I love their clothing selection with James jeans and Lacoste T-shirts but what was lacking was their customer service. Not very nice and too snobbish for my taste. just because I wasn't dressed up doesn't mean I didn't have the intention of buying. Bad mistake.
- Pros: Clothing, Location
- Cons: Customer Service
The Fabulous Girl's Dream Store!
by ManoloGirlie83
Every fabulous city girl needs a fabulous place to shop. This is Luna! Super chic and never a dissapointment. You will always find something amazing. Tina Turk, Dianne Von Furstenberg, and Theory are just a few of the designers whose clothing you'll frequently find there. Bring your plastic... cause that to-die-for party dress will probably cost you A LOT! But, sooo worth it!! And I disagree about the service. I think it's great! I've never had a problem. They're helpful, but not annoying. They give great opinions and will help you create a killer outfit. They're friendly and are in a hurry to get you a dressing room and run around the store for you. Check it out!! Soon they'll know you by name!
- Pros: Great Clothes, You'll look unique!
- Cons: Expensive!!
whatever

If you are looking for a few stand out pieces for the current season, this is the place to look. But shop early, they don't carry a lot of stock.
- Pros: cute styles
- Cons: what sales staff?
It's not that bad.
by aukevinsgirl
I've been to Luna a couple of times when I've been shopping in Atlanta, and the sales associates are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I was wearing comfortable clothes that I could change in and out of easily and no makeup, and they treated me fine. They greeted me when I came in, asked me if I needed any help, were quick to get me a dressing room when I needed one, helped me find a shirt I wanted, got me different sizes if I needed them, offered to put my clothes back on the rack for me, and then thanked me for coming in when I left.... Other than that, they didn't bother me, or follow me around or anything. Granted, I have never found anything in there that I wanted to buy, but the sales associates were not rude to me at all.
Mediocre
by sundari
This store has lovely clothes and very snooty individuals who must remember that we are the customers and they are there to cater to us. With the money and caliber of people who shop there, there is really no reason for the poor customer service.
- Pros: Clothing
- Cons: Service/ Attitudes
