GREAT SERVICE
by JSanders
Our stay at the hotel was for our daughters fourth birthday, it was conveniently located to all of the attractions we were going to visit within walking distance. The staff all the way from the bellman, front desk checkin, concierge, spa, and maintenance was wonderful. They helped us by printing out maps of all locations we were going to and how to return back to the hotel. The only downfall to our trip was that the fridge was packed full of expensive drinks and we had no where to put our left overs from the restraurants we visited. The view was of the inside of the hotel which was unusal but we didn't specify where we wanted to be looking anyhow so that was our fault. OVERALL - EXCELLENT !!!!
- Pros: Excellent Service, Great location, clean, NICE BED
- Cons: $30.00 valet parking a night
NICEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN
by ashnkev925
THIS HOTEL WAS VERY ACCOMODATING. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND WELCOMING. WE ASKED FOR A HIGH ROOM WITH A CITY VIEW WHEN WE BOOKED. WE WERE PLACED ON THE HIGHEST FLOOR WITH AN EXCELLENT VIEW. WE WERE UNSURE OF HOW TO OBTAIN A TAXI AND WE ASKED A BELL HOP. HE ESCORTED US OUTSIDE AND GOT ONE FOR US. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS PERFECT. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE THERMOSTAT IN THE ROOM ALLOWED US TO MAKE THE ROOM THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE.
- Pros: GREAT STAFF, COMFORTABLE ROOM
Beautiful View...through all the tape on the broken windows!

I booked a premeium room that overlooked Centennial Olympic Park for the 4th of July, so that we would
have a good fireworks spot. It was a 'corner premium'. Everything about it was perfect, except the 10-15 huge pieces of wide tape they used to hold together the broken glass that the tornado back in March caused, to 2 out of the 3 windows we had to look out of!
I was not notified of this when I booked, which I do not think was right. We did end up finally getting
an add'l 20 dollars off,and enjoyed the fireworks through the one good unbroken window. Still, I had paid before I even arrived (check-in on the internet-it is fun to walk past everyone and get your key) and from the
outside, it looked like I had the most damaged window...I arrived by 4:00 too, so it should not have been
so difficult to get our room changed, but they hemmed and hawed for about 45 minutes before they said
they had nothing available, acting as though they have no idea which room windows are damaged.
- Pros: Great location, great views of city, easy on-line checkin
- Cons: Bit pricey, BROKEN WINDOWS, $30 valet parking is only choice

The Omni's central location attracts everyone, from business people taking advantage of the proximity to the Georgia World Congress Center to tourists happy to be in walking distance of some of Atlanta's largest attractions such as the CNN Center, the Georgia Dome, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park and Philips Arena.
The Details
