Too big to provide personal care

I have been a patient at Women's Health Specialists for many years, but am now seeking a new doctor & practice. My own doctor at WHS is wonderful; however, the practice has grown too big. Reaching anyone on the phone is nearly impossible, and the office waiting time (for scheduled appointments) is ridiculous. (I usually wait at least 45 minutes though I have a scheduled appointment.) I am looking for a new doctor with a smaller practice that might actually pretend to care about me as a patient.
- Pros: The doctors are very good
- Cons: Too big to provide personal care

Dr. Simpson-Jones is the BEST!

Dr. Simpson Jones is an amazing OB/GYN! she is kind and sensitive and understanding, and listens very compassionately. she is an excellent doctor who always makes me feel respected and cared for. she is extremely knowlegable and wise. i trust her totally and completely. she is a gifted physician!
