Great customer service. I have had their service for a long time. The drivers are so professional. My son loves watching their truck come down the street. Everytime he is out their the driver stops and shows him how it works. Also, they have been so easy to use. Their website is good too.

Their drivers are the laziest creatures in Georgia. Don't even attempt to try and recycle. Although it's now a law that they have to pick up recycling, they won't do it if it's cold outside because that would mean they have to drag their lazy a$$es out of their truck. We had to switch to a much more friendlier and responsible collection system, ADM. They are wonderful. I don't understand how CLM can do the business the way they do and still have customers. They are horrible, from the drivers to the people that answer their phone. Useless...

Our experience with CLM Sanitation in Stockbridge, GA was unsatisfactory. CLM would regularly leave leftover garbage on the street. Multiple calls to their customer service were greeted by a difficult staff more concerned with covering each others back then caring for the customer. They have an outside vendor (Bill Matrix) that handles their billing and CLM accepts no responsibility for the mistakes of Bill Matrix (We also had billing problems). For Stockbridge sanitation pick-up, I recommend looking at other carriers like ADM or Robertson Sanitation.

Poor service

I had been a CLM customer for eight years until today, when I cancelled my service due to rude employees and poor service. I made an appointment to have yard waste picked up and it never happened. They where supposed to pick up on Tuesday, the truck finally shows up today, Friday. My next door neighbor was having her roof replaced and the workers trucks parked in front of my house were forcing my neighbors to drive close to the branches, putting them at risk for damage. I finally took care of my own yard waste. I informed the person that I spoke to over the phone that if they did not intend to pick up when they said, why did they have me bring the waste out. They kept putting me off and stringing me along. I finally cancelled. I am going to be using the county bags which cost no more than two dollars per bag, and since I go to the recycling center often, it wont be a problem, and it will save me money, which is a good thing. I admit, I lost it on Thursday with the person over the phone. Others would have lost it sooner. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Even more so when you run a business.
CLM Where Laziness and Poor Attitudes Thrive

I've never seen a "sanitation company" aka; the trash man with such arrogance. For God's Sake you PICK UP THE TRASH. My biggest problem with them is the "Claw" that they use to pick up and empty the can; it promotes laziness. If something falls out of the can the lazy driver won't get out to pick it up. If there is an extra bag outside the can, the lazy driver won't get out to pick it up. If there is a car parked too close to the can, the lazy driver won't get out to move it. He destroyed my For Sale sign and has put divots in my yard with that damn thing. All the things other people said about dispatch and customer service; TRUE!! I saw their competition (now my sanitation company) Robertson Sanitation 770-944-4974 run up the driveway of one of their customers to retrieve a can that my neighbor forgot to put on the street. Now that's customer service.

It took them a couple of weeks when we first signed up to pick up our trasha and get one of their trash cans. We had piles of garbage at our driveway from where we just moved in and they were too dumb to see it i guess.My neighbors service is cheaper and they won't let me have a second trash can and they let everyone else. I do not recommend them.
CLM Sanitation

Being a CLM sanitation customer is an exercise in frustration. It took this company two weeks to figure out where we are (even though there were CLM cans all along the street). We've found out that their "radio dispatch" as advertised on their website is apparently not to assist the customer. There is no corrective action if they miss a pick-up. You're just out of luck, and though they may tell you they'll come on another day, don't count on it. Your trash will sit there until the driver (whom they can neither locate nor contact) decides to come by and pick it up. If you are repeatedly missed, just go ahead and look for another service, because their phone staff can't help you and their Operations Manager "doesn't talk to customers". That's a quote from the phone staff. Save your self some time and money and try someone else!! CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!

Customer no service

We were customers of CLM for about 7 years. A mix up in our automated billing with our bank caused our account to fall behind. We never received notice of suspension. When the error was found, I quickly sent payments in. We received bill that showed us as only owing $5 then another for $40 and got different answers from different CSRs. What was particularly annoying was our bank sent electronic transactions yet CLM takes 14 days yes, 14 days, to processes an electronic transaction. After getting everything cleared up, or so I thought, I was promised a pick up (after 3 weeks without trash pickup), well, the trash was not picked up as promised. When I called the same day, I was told that they cannot pick up the trash and would have to wait another week. Now, I know the trash trucks and their drivers have radios-I had them use it one time to find out what was going on-being a customer for 7 years was not good enough to get our trash picked up. Their "customer service" is customer no-service. So I fired them and we are using ADM Sanitation-which allows us to use our own trash cans. I should have known something was up with CLM, one time we had a lot of trash so we put our own trash can out with CLM's and they threw the can away! So I don't recommend CLM at all.

Great Company

I have been with CLM Sanitation for 15 years and never have a problem with their service. They switched to the automated garbage truck and the service is just as good. Whenever I have to call them, they have great attitudes and ever better customer service. Everything is dealt with promptly and I would recommend this company to anyone. 20 years in the business and still the lowest price!!!
Bad Service

Bad service, On hold for hours at a time, Never return messages, Constantly changing pick up dates and no reminders given. I do not recommend them at all.
