Reservation System Terrible

The Inn, property, and restaurant are very very nice. The staff is also very good with the exception of reservations. My wife and I have spent time at the Inn on two occasions and attempted a third. The first occasion went fine. On our second occasion we called a week prior to our visit to be informed that someone on their staff who no longer worked there had moved our reservation for another party. After much effort they honored our year long reservation. This year we called three months prior to our expected arrival to be told that our reservation was "bumped" for a huge wedding. We will never return since we either are not important enough or don't have the funds available to buy a reservation.

• Cons: Do not honor their reservations
