Excellent Job!

I went to Wade's twice in the past few years. The agency is very clean, comfortable, efficient, and the people are very courteous. Wade's repaired a large dent in my rear passenger door some time ago and repaired the many dents from the recent hail storm in my newest car - my two cars look brand new! I was amazed! Wade's professional and quick service are of the highest caliber. If you want excellent work, bring your vehicle to Wade's.

Job Well Done

I am sooo glad that i took the time to call Wade's, and didn't jump to conclusions on the previous review. This company does a very good job. Mickey took time with me from the beginning, and stuck wtih me to the end. He made sure that i was happy, he followed up with me constantly, he made sure that the insurance adjuster saw everything, he used ONLYoriginal parts, he was honest, and my car looks FANTASTIC! I just got the chance to meet Mickey face to face today. Up until this point all of our business was done over the phone. I went to look at my car today, and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I am very pleased, and i was also pleased with their staff in the office. They were very polite, curtious, and friendly. Not that i hope anything like this ever happens to me again, but if it did i wouldn't hesitate to take it straight back to them. I will refer them every chance i get. I was told that it would be 10-12 business days before my car would be done. They had my car 11 days. They really exceeded my expectations. They can fix my tricycle anyday! Have a great day! :-)

Beware!!! Cheap, shotty work that takes forever and a day!!

I should have listened to my insurance adjuster who suggested a reputable company from the insurance company's list of providers. That way, I could have had someone to oversee the work and have it guaranteed. Wade's Collision used sub-standard parts on my vehicle, while charging my insurance company for brand new dealer parts. Plus, the work takes FOREVER!! Forget the promised back by date, you will be waiting for them to complete the work for weeks after they promised your car back to you. Have plenty of rental car money or be ready to buy yourself a MARTA bus pass---these folk are slow and don't care. I don't recommend this place to fix a tricycle for my kid; they are just that low-down. They do a lot of double-talk too. Get it all in writing and drop by impromtu if you decide to take a chance on this repair shop. I'll never go back to them again. I've got shott work and no recourse!! Beware!!!!!
